Reconstruction of brick masonry wall with similar type of bricks in lime mortar 1:2 (one lime two sand) using wire cut brick of size 9"x4"x3" (Specially manufacturing) and using Pollachi lime in all floors as per traditional preparation and documented type construction such as arches and lintels, walls, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Pointing , grouting and filleting the brick joint of wall and arches with lime mortar 1:2 (one of lime and two of sand) using Pollachi lime in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and fixing fully glazed shutters for windows openable type by using well seasoned teakwood of superior quality as per the original design and pattern instructed by the Engineer In Charge. The window shutter is made of vertical styles of size 80mm x 30mm. Both top and bottom rail is of size 80mm x 30mm. The window shutter panels is covered with 4mm thick plain glass which is fixed with teakwood reepers scantling of size 35mm x 30mm on both sides and the glass panel is divided into 6 parts. Providing temporary barricading arrangements alround the the site using PPGI sheet of 0.47mmthick shall be fixed in the frame for made out of required height using 50mmx50mm x2.60mm square MS tubes vertical strut placed and Horizental 32mmx32mmx2.60mm thick M.S. tubes at 1.20m interval with necessary scews and welding including cost of conveyance of all required materials to work site, erecting work, cost of J- bolts washers, cement concrete bed 45cmx45cmx90cm in Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 and including labour charges etc complete., The barricading arranagements are made to prevent the entry of public into the site is very dangerous due to the fallen roof with necessary door arrangements for staffs and labour etc.,complete and as directed by the departmental officers. [The barricade will remain in the same location till the completion of the project and No additional charges shall be paid for the extended period of contract]
Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 9km including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and leveling etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and fixing teakwood weldmesh enclosure with the following specification. The outer frame is made up of teakwood scantling of size 75x25mm and innerweldmesh of size 25mmx25mm in diamond shape using necessary screws, nails etc. The work includes painting 2 coats of SEP including preparation of surface etc. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour for wrought and put up, fixing in position, finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing pest control antitermite treatment drilling holes at junction of walls with floors at 300mm intervals and injecting chemical emulsion on those with cement etc. making holes along the vertical surface out side the walls at 150mm intervals to the depth of 450mm pointing chemical emulsion into the holes and closing holes with chemical etc. spraying all surface of treatment is to be done as per IS code no:5313/ Part III 1981 with approved chemical.(The chemical is to be used on the work should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work)
Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Supplying and fixing of best quality and approved variety of Universal column of size 254mmx254mmx14mm thickness of 73.00kg/Rm and above and for the various spans fixing below the madras terrace roof to support the roof in the places wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers and fixed Universal coloumn (UC Beam over the bed blocks in the wall including cost of dismantling the brick work wherever necessary for fixing the Universal coloumn (UC Beem) and redoing the same and also the cost of Universal coloumn (UC Beam labour charges hire charges for welding machineries, hoist for lifting and hire charges for hydraulic manuals Jacky and other allied tools etc., complete including the cost of porting Universal coloumn (UC Beam etc and one coat of red oxide primer etc and two coats of SEP etc complete.
Supplying and Laying of Rubber moulded hydraulic pressed Paver block 83mm compacting with plate compactor (or) roller compactor including cost and coveyance of all material and all labour charges, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
