Amount

Cleaning of underground sewage lines (including manholes by taking off manholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning) of any description,any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking manually by providing Roding and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes for the follwing size/bore of sewage lines and complete all as specified and as directed:-

Upto 100mm bore

Upto 150mm bore

Upto 200mm bore

Cleaning of blockage of EWC, IWC, WHB, floor trap, sink,Nahani traps icluding roding CI pipes after opening the oval access door of CI bend,CI branch pieces,soil waste pipe etc by mannual and plaing the existing oval access door in original position incl removing the rubbish/sludge out side,rodding,using wire,vaccume section as suitable and removal of waste at distance 1 km and above and depositing of the waste in a pit burried and covered with earth and refix in same position of grating with while cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning flushing of chocked and desilting of out door sewage lines exc 200mm internal diameter and depth exc. 1.5m and upto any depth. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of diesel / electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction - cum- jetting machines fitted with pump of required requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with Super Succer Machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and with any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc alongwith the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) Manual cleaning operation/ scavenging is probihited. (c) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deemed to into the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising enginner including provn of water for jettting and removal of sludge/ silt/ liquid/ mud and sand (in foul position) etc. complete all as specified. (d) The tenderer shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-Charge in writing with machine No/Vehicle No etc for their record and prior approval. (e) The T&P as and when brought by the tenderer based on site requirement,the concern site executive shall take a photograph of machine alongwith the supervising staff i.e. JE's and contractor's rep etc and shall kept in record with date. (f) A pucca bound register shall be maintained showing the machine No/Vehicle No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE, Engr-in-Charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer.

Desluding of existing manholes of depth upto exc 1.0 m but n.exc 3.0 mtr manhole. (b) The tenderer shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-Charge in writing with machine No/Vehicle No etc for their record and prior approval. (c) The T&P as and when brought by the tenderer based on site requirement,the concern site executive shall take a photograph of machine alongwith the supervising staff i.e JE's and contractor's rep etc. and shall kept in record with date. Cleaning of manhole n.exc 1.00m depth and removal of sluge silt/liquid/mud/sand/water etc in foul position to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering/desilting of, manhole, drain etc. cleaning of all sludge, silt residue of both organic and inorganice nature by manual labour or mechnical scrappers etc and disposal of the same out side the defence land and depositing the waist in pit and covered with earth incl dumping the material to any depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including concrete bed internal diameter of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No.8.00 above, but internal dia. of pipe 200 mm.

M&L for concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No.9.00 above, but internal dia. of pipe 200 mm.

M&L for 150 mm internal dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 200 mm dia class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in manholes/drain etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl Item No.14.00 above, but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering with ready mix plaster on faces of kerb stone or brick or concrete wall surface, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old Concrete surfaces (kerb stone) exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of external primer to finish smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily & greasy spots and filling of holes and cracks with suitable material like cement or plaster of Paris etc and there after applying one coat of Cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of open drains depth upto 1.5m complete all silt, earth, boulders, sludge etc. residue of both organic and inorganic nature by manual labour or mechnical scrappers etc and disposal of the same out side the defence land and depositing the waist in pit and covered with earth incl dumping the material to any depth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs SFRC (Factory made) manhole cover size 600mm dia x70mm thick with MS frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, SFRC (Factory made) manhole cover size 1000mm X 500 mm x70mm thick with MS frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris out of MoD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protections, to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, to be finished even and fair complete including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size,with grey cement and pigment to match, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade laid over 50 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone (factory made) on road and path etc. complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, for foot path and similar items with plain fair finishing including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and set in CM 1:4 complete joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequred tiles 300x300x25mm thick, rubber finished, set jointed and pointed in neat and cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position including cutting of reinforcement to faciliate demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast Cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for drains/manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, welded or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, window frames, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work fixed in position including holdfasts or screws confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & incl one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finish drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Inner girth measured only.

Note :- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of credit shown in Sch of Credit of this tender
