M & L for servicing of diesel Engine generating set 4 stroke, water cooled, turbo charged of capacity 400/250 KVA Capacity. Opening of Lubricant oil chamber carefully, by unscrewing necessary bolt, nuts and cleaning the existing engine oil chamber and connected spares properly and decaning to old oil complete from above capacity of DG set after washing with oil at site refilling of lubricating oil, cleaning of entire engine with K Oil and removing carbon, grease etc, Replacing of unserviceable parts, filters, cleaning of air filters, checking of alignment, foundation bolts, cable connection tuining of engine by tuining instrument complete testing & maintaining frequency & voltage as specified & required all as specified and directed. Note :- i) Spares parts and lub oil shall be measured & paid separately under respective items ( ii) Labour charges and lubricant oil for fixing of spares is deemed to be included in this items.

Taking down carefully (aluminium) point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants, ceiling rose, round block etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one 16 A rotary switch using 2.5 sqmm cable (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, 1100 V grade in and including concealed ERW steel conduit of size not less than 19mm dia all as directed with sunken type pressed steel terninal box 1.6 mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings/ junction boxes and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Any disturbed surfaces of wall will be matched properly as the existing colour surfaces.

All as per above but one switch socket point 16 A on independent board using two single 4.0 Sqmm copper stranded conductor cable and 2.5 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor.

Disconnecting/taking down old existing defective flame proof light fittings (FTL / HPSV / MH) of any type / capacities from height upto 15mtrs, for repairs and replacement of its u/s parts/accessories and refixing/reconnecting the same at the same location after making serviceable/cleaning of cover/reflector and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- (a) Climbing arrangements for height will be provided at contractor end. (b) Old u/s parts will be measured and paid seperately. Note: Two runs of cable, one run of earth cntinuity conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit
