Taking down cement plaster/rough cast plaster from brick walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 10-12 mm thick in CM (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of white wash by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning the surface free from dust, dirt, grease, oil and other foreign matter and surface imperfections by rubbing down with emery paper/sand paper or by other approved means to obtain a clean, smooth and even surface and further applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of first-quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, shade and tint, each coat applied by brush only after proper preparation and complete drying of the preceding coat, to produce a smooth, uniform, durable and aesthetically acceptable finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position and including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, benching/coping of manholes/drains, coping, mud stops, packing sides/around of interlocking tiles, kerbs, bed block, cills, thrust block, for embedded posts & similar work etc at ground and normal height including weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work as required etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling, in post hole, bed block, around the poles/stay, coping/Pedestal of pole, etc & similar work including necessary form work, finishing the exposed surfaces of the concrete even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including doors, gates, walkways, railing, framed work, parking shed normal height etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work comprising grills, gratings, drain cover, SWT cover, walkways, railing, sign board and other similar works, etc fabricated from angles, tees, square bar, expanded metals, MS sheet or other rolled steel sections, round bars, stiffeners and other connecting plates, conforming to Grade 290.Gde-E-165. The work shall include cutting, bending, notching, coping, drilling, punching, shaping, edge preparation, welding, grinding of welds, fabrication, shop assembly, transportation, erection, alignment and fixing in position with approved holding-down bolts, anchor fasteners, nuts, bolts, washers and all necessary fixing accessories. The item shall include all labour, materials, welding electrodes, gas cutting, scaffolding, staging, lifting arrangements, tools and plant, consumables, safety measures and all incidental works necessary for satisfactory completion of the work at all locations, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and fixing welded steel wire fabric, weighing not exceeding 4 kg per square metre, made of steel wire of diameter not less than 2 mm, having mesh size of 25 mm × 25 mm or 50 mm × 50 mm, as required and directed at site, cut to the required sizes and lengths, and fixed to existing steel members including all necessary cutting, bending, welding, binding and fixing arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
