R.C.C. work of M-40 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 4cm size metal including cost of labour, materials, royalty,conveyance etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size,design & shape,laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,filling the joints with line sand etc all complete as per IRC-SP-63-2018 as per the direction of EIC.

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying materials, transportation, and placing as per direction of EIC.

Supplying,fitting and placing uncoated of SAIL TMT BAR reinforcement complete as per drawing and specification including hoisting and laying materials, transportation,and placing as per direction of EIC.

Rigid and Smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works etc including cost of material,labour,conveyance royalty and complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Mild Steel in guard wall railing using 50mm. Dia.of2mm.thick circular pipe as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc.required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling and removing windows including removal of frame hinges fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debries within 50m lead.as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of MS panelled window double leaved shutter with MS frame and grill of size1200mmx900 mm made out of following material conforming to relevant ISS.Frame 35x35x6mm MS angle.Shutter style:-Top and bottom rail 25x25x3 mm MS angle.Door panel:-1 mm CR sheet.stiffner covering width of leaf 19x5 mm.MS flat:- 2nos.on each leaf. Hinges size:-100 mm 4 nos.(2 nos.on each side) bought as per ISS.Hold fast:-35x35x6 mm MS angle100 mm length bifercated at theTip:- 2nos.on each side.Handel:- 19x5 mm MS flat.2 nos.fabricated (inside) tower bolt-4 nos.horizontal grills 12 mm M.S round at 100 mm spacing including all labour charges & transpotation & complete as per direction of EIC.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges,cost,conveyance all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Priming 1 coat with any appproved Primer (Asian/Berger) on plastered surface including cost of materials, labour,transportation etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Interior Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint (Asian/Berger or any reputed make) of approved shade on new work over a coat of primer to give an even shade including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with Weather coat paint of jonson & Nicolsion/Asian/Berger of approved quality and colour, using the required quality of paint as specified by the manufacturer to give an even shade over a coat of wall primer over the external plastered surface including watering surface before applying and curinf for the required period as directed by EIC for all floor including cost of all materials with taxes and transportation all labour scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Priming one coat with any approved primer (Asian/Berger) (Iron Work) including cost, conveyance all materilas, labour and T&P etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with approved paint on wood work & Iron work (Asian/Berger) (New) including cost, conveyance all materilas, labour and T&P etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting figures and letters two coats with approved paint on wood work & Iron work (Asian/Berger) (New) including cost, conveyance all materilas, labour and T&P etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply & fixing of M.S Angle (65x65x5)mm and M.S flat of 50x6mm for M.S Grating of size 19mx9.1m as per drawing including cost of materials,labour,transportation, fabrication, cess etc. & complete as per direction of EIC.
