Minor repair/cleaning/servicing/maintenance and testing of chlorine granuals based dosing plant comprising of dosing pump, agitator and FRP tank and connected pipe lines etc daily for 11 Nos of Installations :-B62 Note : (a) Testing of chlorine at consumer end with medical authority and maintained chlorine test record once a week on a register and submit report to concern JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. (b) Servicing of Agitator of by using necessary lubricant, replacement of bush/bearing, alingning the shaft , key etc. deemed to be included in item rate. (c) Any other spares required for replacement shall be supplied and fixed under relevent item of Sch 'A'. (d) If any defect found in plant contractor should rectify the defect with in 24 Hrs, if failed to rectify the decfect the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation Rs 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per plant per day. (e) Cost of minor essential items such as nuts, bolts,washers etc. Which are not otherwise specified in this Schedule but are essential for smooth functioning of the chloronome plants are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) Adequate reserve for all necessary spares /stores will be kept at the site by the contractor to avoid any delay in carrying out the repairs works. (g) All T&P required to carry out the work at site will be provided by the contractor. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (h) All safety precautions including proper gas mask kit will be provided to the technicians by the contractor.
