REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FANS GEYSERS EXHAUST FANS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT NORTH AND SOUTH ZONE AT NAUSHERA UNDER AGE EM OF GE 862 EWS

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including all fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc) removing material from the site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floor or ceiling etc to match with existing specifications, keeping aside serviceable items and removing to store for reuse within the same bldg or otherwise removing unserviceable items from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The decision of the Engr-in-Charge as to which materials are serviceable or otherwise credit to be afforded by the contractor for the unserviceable material shall be final and binding.

M&L for point wiring for one light point/ fan point controlled by one-one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS, PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor unsheathed in and including non metalic rigid PVC casing & caping of 25mm width (Medium grade double locking system) complete with all acessories including PVC sunken box ISI marked for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, and 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS, PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly including cutting, chasing and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match with existing, compete all as specified and directed. Note:- Three run of copper conductor of required size and one run of casing capping measured as one unit and also colour coding of wiring to be followed as red/ yellow/ blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth.

All as per Item No 2.00 here-in-before but for one 3 pin 16 Amp socket outlet independent with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper cable with 2.5 sqmm single core multistraind FRLS copper cable as earthling lead.

S&F socket outlet 2 in 1, 5 pin, 15 amp flush type, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch socket combination combined with box 2 in 1,3 pin , 6 and 16 Amp flush type universal 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed

S&F ceiling rose 3 phase/PVC/polycarbonate isolated body surface bakelite 2 to 3 terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fan regulator electronic, 120 watt,step type suitable to control speed of fan from 0 to 100% and connecting electrically, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ dismantling of defective/rusted storage type hot water heater/ Geyser of 50/35/25 Ltr capacity from different locations by disconnecting inlet/outlet connections and taking out unserviceable parts such as glass wool, element, water tank, flange assembly, gasket of any type, nuts/bolts, clamp by unscrewing bolts and nuts, de-scaling/cleaning internally and externally including checking for leakagein tank and rectification by gas welding as required etc. Checking defects, re-assembling and re-installing the Geyser in position after complete servicing, connection and testing to entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of gas welding, nuts/bolts, clamps, shall be deemed to be included in this item and indicating lamp, thermostate, heating element, bottom plate, flange assemble are measured and paid separately as "Supply only" rates and fixing charges for the same shall deemed to be included in this item.
