Taking down cement plaster on PCC/stone surfaces of brick surfaces of walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even (without using extra or cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface work in cement mortar (1:4) to be mixed using Water Proofing Compound (WPC) @ 2% by weight of cement consumed or as per manufacturer's instructions and finished even and smooth without using extra cement for sunken slab etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame) of any descipriton n.exc 1.5 sqm each, removing from the site including taking out existing hold fast etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as spcefied and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS framed shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS framed welded/sealed to stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75 mm butt hinges medium weight medium cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix 150mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised aluminium handles alloy 125 mm long, extruded section and fabricated type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down complete existing treatment of RCC roof/parapet, mud pushka on roof/parapet including plastering, brick tiles, stone slabs and leeping any thickness including removal etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete/brick mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces of brick surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including cement slurry @ 3% Kg per Sqm on existing roof surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound , ISI marked.

M & L for roof treatment in repair by complete removal of existing old treatment with following specifications:- (a) Priming plastered surface of roof by applying oil-based bitumen primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on plastered surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade (ISI marked) @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (c) Applying/laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick and weight should not be less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, with minimum longitudinal end overlaps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and sealed the joint with torch application method. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillet, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non asbestos fibre cement building board 4mm thick in ceiling fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screw, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size 605x605 mm, using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm, weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively. The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mm x 25 mm x 2 mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia mild steel wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing and re-fixing in same position of ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness after cleaning dusting off the dirt using duster/cotton waste, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old painted surfaces of walls including cleaning the surface by scrapping as required using emery paper, putty blade/scraper as applicable for removing loose paint, corrosion, algae formation etc., to make the surface clean and free from dust, including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper of approved shade/tint over and including one coat of primer on walls including 3mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg cement as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc., on roof surface for correcting/making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Water Proofing treatment on "sunken slab" surface (Horizontal and vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer/authorised applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) Applying approved bituminous based primer conforming to IS: 3384-1955 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm to be applied on top surface of prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Applying a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 Kg/sqm. (iii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with minimum 100 mm side overlap along the length from downward to upward completely sealed with Torch apllication /hot blown lamps. (iv) Applying a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm, over polythene film, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and ancement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, shelves and plate form, etc,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Chajja, balconies, canopies, deck slab supported on walls beams and columns, floor, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and shelves, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 8 to10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan, pedestal pattern, white with 'P' or 'S' trap, plastic seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device including connection to outgoing pipe and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc., excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F vitreous China squatting pan (Orissa pattern), of size 580x440 mm white with 'P' or 'S' trap, front or back inlet, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of concrete bedding in PCC(1:5:10) type E-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), jointing traps, etc., with "RBR-modified mortar" including priming of joints using "RBR-Cement" slurry including dismantling old existing one and fixed in the same position, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: RBR stands for 'Roof Bod Repair'

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm/450x300x7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles including 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.
