Clean existing reinforcement with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. complete and providing, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTMB- 117, on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer , including cleaning the reinforcement,wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Note :Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including scaffolding & safety measures

M&L for providing and fixing additional steel bar or stirrups of diameter in various structural elements like columns, beams and foundations including drilling, bending and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note : Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including scaffolding & safety measures

M & L for providing and application of hitech concrete penetrating, water based, organic, Bi-polar, calcium nitrite free, migratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface having Ph 9.5 which migrates to a virtual extent of 100 mm inside concrete through pores, to inhibit the corrosion process on embedded steel at both anodic and cathodic ends by depassivating the Electro-chemical reaction in that region thereby protecting rebar on all sides complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Note :Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including scaffolding & safety measures

M & L for providing and application full and unbroken coating of anticorrosive protective zinc rich epoxy coating on expose reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 1 hours between each coat including mixing of both componants by weight as per manufacturers specifications, brush application, curing to form a anticorrosive protective coating with high mechanical strength to cementitious repair works complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Note :Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including scaffolding & safety measures

M & L for mixing and applying SBR latex modified cementitious bond coat using cement 2.2 kg per square metre on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Note :i) Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including scaffolding & safety measures ii) SBR latex shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for cutting out cracks to V-section in any structural agent , cleaning out all dust, wetting and applying polymer bonding agent followed by flexible polymer based putty and shall be filled properly in cut 'V' groove and finish using spatula complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :i) Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including scaffolding & safety measures

M & L for mixing and applying SBR latex modified cement mortar 30 mm average thickness in in proportion of 1:3 (1 cement and 3 quartz aggregate) with polymer admixed in proportion as approved, including trowelling with wooden tools on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed Note : ii) SBR latex will be measured and paid separately ii) Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including steel scaffolding & safety measures

M & L for rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to required size avg thicknes 50 mm by providing and casting with microconcrete of grade M-40 and above including providing and fixing of water tight shuttering of minimun 12 mm thick with supporting framework,all lead lift, mixing, placing, deshuttering, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or construction joint to the satisfaction of Engr -in- charge. Note - Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including steel scaffolding & safety measures

M & L for providing and Casting in position RCC design mix M30 Grade using clean sharp aggregates 10 mm down along with addition of Non shrink admixure including transporting, mixing, laying, curing, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Drilling Holes of 10mm dia, upto 40mm deep in structural members at the interval of 300 to 500mm in staggered manner or along the crack as directed by the Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element including Cleaning of the holes by air blower and Inserting 10mm dia. Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system for min. 8 hrs before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if any over concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface after completion of the work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note : i) Drilling of hole shall be done by authorized applicator and the work shall be executed in the presence of company rep. ii) Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including steel scaffolding & safety measures

M & L for providing and fixing special water tight centering and shuttering including bolting, strutting, propping etc. so as to withstand a pressure of 0.1 Mpa including removal of formwork for beams, columns, slabs, walls, foundations, footings, landings, stairs, balconies etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Work shall be carried out at G+14 bldg including roof top, parapet and shaft walls including steel scaffolding & safety measures

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as a leveling course / padding on RCC roof top surfaces laid to slope and finished fair and even, roof kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified. Note :- Work shall be carried out above 14th and 15th floor.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar mixed with and including WPC 100gm per 50Kg bag of mortar on fair faces of green/moist concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Work shall be carried out above 14th and 15th floor.

Material and Labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with water proofing coating complete as specified below :- Supply and applying high performance polyurea polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied by spray /brush , smart care ultron liquid membrance with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength not less then 6.0 N/Sqmm as per ASTM D 2370, crack briding ability of 3mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore a hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D 2240. The system included final base prepraration epoxy primer application and applying smart care ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at 1.2 kg/sqm each coat complete all as per manufacturer specification and instructions including water proofing treatment to rain water spouts of entire roof terrace by opening of all the existing failed loose pipes and its joints ( in old structure) , replaceing the same by an appropriate dia pipe ( not less then 110mm) followed by application of two coats polymer polyurethane elestomeric water proofing coating to ensure leakage free joints ( work included filling of mortar and marking good the same) and top surface finished with UV resistant top coat as per manufacturers instruction Note :- 1) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2. The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only 3. Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer instruction 4. Work shall be carried out above 14th and 15th floor

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion at 2.25 litre per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes with white cement and match the surface to existing apron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ 1 litre per hole at 300mm center to center and 300mm deep including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 or white cement to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for post construction treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and applying dubbing coat with forced application (guniting) method avg 20mm-30mm thick plaster with readymix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar, blended with PP fibers, mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface complete including provn of chicken wire mesh at the junction of RCC and brick wall of 300 mm width on both side of junctions all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M & L for providing and applying 10mm thick plaster using prepackd factory manufactured ready mix mortar on external surface as in finishing coat mixed with and including WPC @ 200ml per bag of mortar on Brick or concrete surfaces with recrene finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for providing & applying anti algal water-based Elastomeric exterior wall finish on new plastered surfaces including surface preparation, applying suitable wall Prime seal primer 8-10 Sqm per ltr coverage area and application of two coats (base coat 4.2 -4.7 & top coat 6-6.5 sqm per ltr coverage area ) of Elastomeric exterior wall finish BY roller complete all as per manufacturers instructions. M & L for treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications : i) Cleaning of the sunken /lowered portion of the RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chiesel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming / washing completely. ii) Providing 50 mm bore and 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with GI wire mesh on inside mouth after removing existing pipe and sealed the surrounding of GI pipe and junctions with epoxy mortar. iii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 all around after painting with anticorrossive black japan paint. iv) Providing 40 mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding achieve proper slope v) Rendering on bottom and sides with 10 mm thick factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar mixed with and including WPC of UltraTech WP+ 200 @ 200ml per bag of mortar and finished even and fair. vi) Fill the sunken portion with water and check dampness and seepage, where dampness and seepage noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. vii) All junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

viii) After drying wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and dry (ix) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating as per manufactures instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished flooor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1 mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand shall be speinkled on vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion. (x) Rendering on bottom and sides with 20 mm thick factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar mixed with and including WPC of UltraTech WP+ 200 @ 200ml per bag of mortar and finished even and fair including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. Note: i) Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water, the above treatment shall be re-done completely without any extra cost. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained duly signed by all. ii) The treatment shall be carried out through authorised applicators of chemicals and . iii) Work shall be carried out up to Height of 14th floor
