• 1. The bidder should have designed, manufactured, supplied, erected, and successfully commissioned at least 1 No. Conventional Lathe Machine retrofitted in CNC (Involving installation of Drives and PLC) with Job Handling Capacity of 1 Ton or Above in any industry in India during the last 10 Years as on date of Issuance of NIT. (Consortium bidding is not allowed)
• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 should be at least Rs.50,00,000.00 (Rupees Fifty Lakhs Only).
• The net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending on 31st March 2023 as per the Audited annual accounts.
• In compliance to Restriction under Rule 144 (xi) in the General Finance Rules (GFRs) 2017 of Govt. of India (regarding Country of Bidder sharing a land border with India), the Bidders shall submit certificate/undertaking regarding guidelines given at Annexure-10 of SBD updated in December 2022.
