Desilting of drains including cleaning of shrubs/ bushes, vegetation manually or mechanical means and making good to re-use and removal of material to a distance exe 15.0 Km and deposited where directed at a level not exe 1.50 m above starting point. Note :- All desilting sand, shurbs and bushes vegetation shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in sccordance with all applicable federal , state , and local regulations.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and benching and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channel or drains complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified.

S&F precast plain cement concrete kerb stone, matching with the existing kerb stone shape and size including necessary excavation, PCC etc for fixing conmplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition ) of any description & in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M& L pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs for manholes and the like etc; set in cement mortar 1:4 with plain fair faces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces of concrete

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregte ) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, inculding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (ennealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips including necessary form works complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia , cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking bending etc and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips

M& L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm)graded aggregate)50 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but not excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built incement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Material & labour Pre-cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, Type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 18 here-in-before, but except bricks complete all as specified & directed

Material & labour for Brickwork with subclas ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L walling of randam rubble uncoursed well bonded , bedded and solidly hearted built in cm 1:6

All as per item No 21 here-in-before, but except stont complete all as specified & directed

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Add or deduct in item No 29 for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; ramework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles (Articles n.exc 5 kg each) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M&L for chequered cement concret tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement & pigments in floors over 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 all as specified & directed.

M&L for endura vitrified tiles of size 30cm x 30cm, 8 to 12mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement & pigments in floors over 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments over 40mm thick sand cushioning including dismantling of unserviceable old one complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

All as per item No 38 but using old serviceable interlocking paver block complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) of any colour or texture for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) of any colour or texture in steps, jambs, pillars, cooking plateform, widow sill and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade granite incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and internal dia of pipe300 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore, class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collers all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for 300 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC drain pipes of 150/110mm bore including all fittings jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches or from wall , if required and removing from site of work complete all as directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for 150 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation manholes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep & getting out, in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning , filling in including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in solft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 15 Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or un-plastered new surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparing of old chequered tiled surfaces/existing footpath by removing all the caked mud with wire brushes and cleaning surfaces with necessary acid and description not otherwise described and applying one coat of weather proof tile guard apex paint or equivalent of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 60 here-in -before but two coats of weather proof tile guard apex paint or equivalent of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plsatered or unplastered surface of walls including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white washing complete.

All as per item No 62 here-in -before but two coats of white washing on walls.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion exc 30cm and n.exc 100cm girth protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coats of red oxide primer including prepration of new/previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described
