Demolition of Cement Concrete (Un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) not exc. 1.5 sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggreagte) as in sub base for path etc finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified including joints filling with sealing compound Grade "A" complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick coluored tiles (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling etc complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 7 above but as in skirting /dado incl backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling etc complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for exterior grade, coloured glossy finish rubber pressed, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 incl demolition of stone slab (Laid bedded and pointed in any mortar) etc complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed.
