Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth for taking out/laying of pipe lines and getting out forming bottom surfaces to required gradients complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr. above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing GI/CI/DI pipe line 100 mm dia and connection in new or old position (walls, trenches, ceiling and floors etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Make : SFMC or equivalent.

S&F in repair of PP-R gate valves (brass inlet) as per requirement of size 63 mm OD complete all as specified and directed. Make: SFMC or equivalent.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to MS/Steel surface in any description as required in ground after preparation of old surface with two coat of anti corrosive paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer as per colour code complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair mild steel work for angles supports clamps, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing of paint including taking out existing unserviceable MS work of open well channel and MS ladder etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / removal of any damaged water point line from the position and connecting the pipe line 15 mm/20mm/25mm bore by providing new GI nipples, GI unions and GI sockets including exacavation and earth work , filling & good distributed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting hole in RCC service tank removing rusted GI nipple of any size, providing new GI nipple of same size of providing pipe, making good to service tanks, making service tanks leak proof complete as directed

Suply, Laying or fixing Galvanised iron tubing, 100 mm bore, light grade with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole/wall/laid under floor /through roads including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Boring across the road/hard surface with mechanical boring equipments not less than 80 mm bore and up to 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable and M & L for Construction of Brick masonry valve chamber of size 600x600x600mm (internal dimension) chamber depth to be reckoned from the top of PCC foundation to top of brick wall, including PCC1:4:8 type D2 in foundation PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in coping, brick work in cm 1:4, plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 flush pointing externally as the work proceeds, MS Sheet cover 3.00 mm thick with handle and locking arranging and angle iron frame of size (25 x 25 x 5 mm) including painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering and cleaning of existing open well by bailing out stagnant water and removing all fungus muds and sludge, descaling vegatation on the inside by using lime and caustic soda to open well till clear water achieved including testing of water cleaning the surrounding area of the open well to a distance of 3 mtrs circumstance including cutting of grass digging out roots, and levelling around and removing waste material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as directed of the 6 mtr dia 12 meter depth sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Flushing the bore well for flushing of silt, fine sand etc by air compressor of suitable capacity and pumping out turbidity till obtaining clear water complete all as specified and directed.
