Taking down carefully ceiling fan / exhaust fan/wall mounted fan of any sweep with frame and wire from cealing end and checking for unserviceable parts of the fan at site or at MES Yard including re-assembling & testing for smooth functioning etc, complete all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : Replacement of unserviceble parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after)

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size and guage including insulating material varnishing, drying, baking, after opening up and cleaning the rotor bearing and bushes by K oil and providing fresh grease to all bearing and bushes including re-assembling & testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

All as per srl item No 2 here in before but 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan

Rewinding of exhaust fan 225/300/380/450 mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire with adequate size and guage including insulation material, varnishing, drying baking, assembling materials after opening up and cleaning the rotor bearing and bushes by K oil and providing fresh grease and bushes complete including re-assembling & testing for smooth functioning etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding to Wall mounted fan/air circulator fan 300/450/600 mm with super enamelled copper winding wire with adequate size and guage including insulation material, varnishing, drying baking, assembling materials after opening up and cleaning the rotor bearing and bushes by K oil and providing fresh grease and bushes complete including re-assembling & testing for smooth functioning etc, all all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Sl Item No 2 to 5 Note : (i) Fan rewinding and repair work/painting shall be done at MES yard only, no items shall be issued to take outside MOD land for repair. (ii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid serparately as supply only under respective items of this schedule but the fixing of same is included in quoted rate of this item.

Material and labour for spray painting to fans by applying one coat of superior quality synthetic enamaled paint (white) to steel surfaces of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep fan to make it good as original including preparation & cleaning of surface and writing the MES number with black paint on fans all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Taking down carefully water geyser/solar geyser any capacity, cable sealing end and dismantling of heating element, thermostat etc and refixing after repairs, connecting up and testing for satisfactory heating of water complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid serparately as supply only.

M& L for lagging to pipes size 20mm used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with, 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed ‘SNAP ON’ pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for lagging to pipes size 15 mm used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with, 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed ‘SNAP ON’ pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for solar water tank insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:-(a) M&L for cleaning the solar tank surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully. completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all solar water tank joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B - 1 (using 20mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary from work or in any situation complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, dia meter of neck 11 to 15 mm , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs, wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith warth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH in PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required size of 2 X 2.5 sq mm and 1 X 2.5 sq mm as earth wire all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1100 volts grade heavy duty multistradned copper cable PVC insulated with an inner sheathing of PVC tape unarmoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sq. mm 2 Core

S&F in repairs sheet metal enclosures factory made, ( single door) for DBs, single pole and neutral, 240 Votls, 2 way fixed on walls, including connecting both incoming and outgoing cable termination with proper taping, lagging, testing and commssioning, complete all as specified.

Supply only Exhaust fan mounting legs and clamp any size any type with connected nut, bolts, washers, including grouting work as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of inner tank copper body of Geysers 25/50 Ltrs capacity complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs MCB 32 Amp SPN single pole ,240 V, 10 KA, 'B' Series all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
