M&L for Preparation of old surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and apply one coat of white wash to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and apply one coat of white wash to ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Complete removal of exisiting treatment old surface and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over preparations of old surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old Concrete, brick , stone ,asbestos cement or plaster surface surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Complete removal of exisiting treatment and applying two Coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Complete removal of exisiting treatment and applying two Coats of distempering with oil emulsion distemper white or any tinted on walls, normal filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping of distermpered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for prepration of old steel surface of any discription over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise and applying One coat of synthetic enamel paint all as described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 3.00mm thick sheet plain glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads with nails in square n.exe 0.5 Square metre in each pane etc including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size/ quality description) from metal/Aluminium/Wooden frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pin/spring clips and providing and fixing new one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for 3.00mm thick figured type pin headed glass sheet ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads with nails in square n.exe 0.5 Square metre in each pane etc including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size/ quality description) from metal/Aluminium/Wooden frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pin/spring clips and providing and fixing new one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..
