(iv) AMF Panel:- Factory made indoor type micro processed based panel(fabricated from CPRI approved manufacturer), conforming to relevant IS, CPRI type test approved. Made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof totally enclosed with front and rear opening of 115 Volts, 3-Phase 4-Wire AC 50 Hz, including powder coated painted, copper bus bar of TPN, 100 Amps complete with internal wiring with PVC insulated single core copper conductor multistranded wire of 1100 volts grade of suitable capacity, fuses, named 25 KA 03 Nos and contactors of capacity 100 Amps, 25 KA-02 Nos as recommended by the manufacturer alongwith single set Gen set controller viz binary inputs/outputs 7/7 anolog inputs 3, AMF function/MF function/MRS function input and output configuration voltage measurement Gen/mains 3 Phase current measurement 3 Phase IDMT over current, KW/KWH/KVA measurement, Generator protections, CAN-J1939 interface and auto temperature test heating/cooling as per manufacturer instructions, Detachable cable gland plates, all controls, indicators and standard fittings complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge

(v) Civil Works: All civil works including PCC platform and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning of Gen set is to be deemed to be quoted rate. The depth of the foundation and PCC shall be recommended by the manufacturer. (vi) Rubber matting of LV Grade 19mm thick of suitable size chequered type ISI marked to be laid in front of control panel should be provided All.

(vii) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 100 KVA DG Set (a) NAL approved as per CPCB (b) It should be as per latest rule and regulation of ministry of environment and forest and pulloution control board (c) The generating set batteries and control panels should be inside the enclosure (d) Fuel tank should be inside the enclosure (e) Construction details/specifications are as follows :- (f) Outer body:- CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick (g) Doors :- CRCA Sheet of 1.6 mm thick (h) Sound insulation:- 100mm thick rock wool (minimum density 64 Kg/Cum) Suitable foam insulation as per OEM to achieve the desired Db level as per IS-8183 (j) The aucostic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. (k) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG set on a suitable insulated platform. (l) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button. (m) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL lamp fittings. (n) The noise level should be 75 Db at 1m under free field conditions (o) The aucostic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

Note- (i) The complete DG set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine. A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the GE. (ii) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG set is deemed to be included in quoted rates (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of engine oil and final successful acceptance test. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site as specified in PS in presence of E/M Offr detailed by accepting officer, all testing arrangements/equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests)

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 32 x 6 mm by mean of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified complete with excavation and earth work PCC pit with 50 mm thick RCC cover (grade M-15) having suitable handle (10 mm MS Rod) 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 40 mm bore GI Pipe (medium grade) for protection of earth strip conductor all as directed and testing on completion.

M&L Galvanised iron stip 32 x 6 mm burried in ground all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for LT underground Cable XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 25 Sq mm, 4 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete with all as specified.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all complete as specified and described.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclouser indoor type including MCCB 100 Amps, four pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 25 KA breaking capacity complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of encapsulated compound based CPRI tested and maintenance free pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc/Alloy coated, 80-100 mocrons, Chemical Earthing System confirming IS 3034 ASEEL-39.The outer and inner pipe dia should be 76.3 mm and 41.9 mm dia with length 3 mtr zinc coated with additional alloy coating of 300 mm on the top side for additional protection of the terminals. The annular space between the pipe being filled of up with Crystalline Conductive Compounds. The Compact fill compounds which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job incudes digging the pits and refilling the same by back filled compound(Ground enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain any environmentally hazardus material/metal having certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth should be provided with the masonry enclosures with FRPP pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals.(In areas where soil condition is poor, good earth to be arranged to fill the excavated puts by mixing the same with BFC)1 bag BFC extra per pit/unit.(All the above dimension may vary ± 1 mm) Make: Ashlok(SEE) / JMV or equivalent .

Supply, fixing and testing of earthing improving Back fill compound (Conductolite) of 25 Kgs bag for improving earthing result by excavation till 30 cm from the top edge of the earthing electrode both side and filled with Back Fill Compound (Conductolite) complete and making good as per the existing one as before execavation. Testing and writing the result on wall/test result plate all complete as specified and as directed. Make : ASHLOK Back Fill compound ( Conductolite).

M & L Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for earth result marker board of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick with suitable size of MS angle iron of 25 x 25 x 3mm thick and 0.8 mtr long and 0.3 mtr below ground level after proper grouting in ground with suitable PCC work and painting with suitable colour including taking down complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Shapes , size and colour of paint as per existing or as directed.

S & F porcelain ridge insulator suitable for earthing strip with 01 No. GI bolt including nut & washer and 02 Nos GI bolt including nut & washer for holding /fixing copper/GI / Aluminium strip on roof/wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and brazing in replacement of Earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32mm x 6mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fresh agriculture soil and fred from stone particle any impurities all as specified and directed

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
