Preparation of new steel surfaces any width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh / barbed wire / chain link fencing etc, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to gates of any description and size including taking down and repairs to pintle hinges welding if required and bedding in brick or concrete work and check for its movement align the shutter by means of hammering / welding/oiling, lifting the shutter by means of pully or crane by taking safety measuers including replacement of pintle hinges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rubber moulded coloured chequered tiles 30 cmx30 cm x22 mm thick with grey cement and pigment , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor over 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles exterior grade WA value between 3% to 6% , flexural strength greater than 22N/mm², scratch resistance on mohs scale greater than 4 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in 300x300x7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & incl and over 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour 50% coloured tiles and 50% grey coloured tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade and including filling of interstices with fine sand over including 25mm thick layer of sand chusion over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified.

Machine made kerb stones, prepolished, rubber moulded in cement concrete 1:½:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, hydraulically pressed laid in trenches including necessary earth work in any type of soil including setting & jointing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Shape of kerb stone shall be approved by the GE.

Cleaning of drains by removing silt, taking out brick bat, pebbles, muds, clay sludge etc from the bottom of drain and culvert bed and removing to a distance n. exc 50 m and deposited where directed.
