For providing 11KV power to new surface substation through 100 mtrs. long, 11KV grade power cable (connection with WBSECL gang switch , cable laying inside pipe in underground , hanging on nearest pole of new substation, heat shrink HT cable Joint (11KV grade), jumpering & power charge)

Shifting of all electrical equipment from old substation to new substation

Dismantling of 11KV main feeder breaker (OCB) ,exit from old room, loading on trolley, shifting and placing at switch room of new substation including HT Cable transporting, laying and providing connection from overhead line jumper of last pole to incoming busbar of switch (11KV main feeder breaker) and power charge

Dismantling of three nos. 11KV OCBs (one by one), exit from old room, loading on trolley, shifting and placing at switch room of new substation including HT Cable transporting, laying and providing connection and power charge

Primary & secondary side power cable connection out for all three power transformers ( one 1MVA, 11KV/3.3KV and two 500KVA, 11KV/550V) and shifting and placing at switch room of new substation (one by one, exit from old room, loading on trolley and power cable transporting, laying and providing connection and power charge)

Dismantling of 3.3KV main controlling breaker (OCB) with Capacitor bank & switch, exit from old room, loading on trolley, shifting and placing at switch room of new substation including HT Cable transporting, laying and providing connection and power charge for underground power supply (through 7 no. Pit shaft)

Dismantling of all LT switches (550V and below OCB/ACB) (one by one), exit from old room, loading on trolley, shifting and placing at switch room of new substation including power cable transporting, laying and providing connection (complete incoming to outgoing apparatus) and power charge to existing equipment properly

Technician & Supervision charges for re-installation of all electrical equipment (one by one) with maintaining safety as per CEAR, 2010 and commissioning & testing (approx.)

Supply & Installation of New 11KV grade, 400Amps, Air Break Switch with Draw out Fuse Arrangement (Gang Switch)

Supply of New 11KV grade, 400Amps Air Break Switch with Draw out Fuse Arrangement (Gang Switch) including flexible jumper, Jumper carrier and insulators

Supply and fixing of new extension lead conductor –

Supply and fixing of Heavy Duty Cable Sockets

Complete connection & making heat shrink joint

Making of Chemical Earth Pits(16 nos)

Supply of Copper strip (size-2”)

Erection of Chemical Earth Pit with all materials including soil cutting

Supply of HT pin insulator with pin fittings bracket

Providing Surge arrestor (01 No.) with proper heightening: Supply and fitting/installation of Spike type Surge (Lightning) arrestor with proper heightening & connection to earth pit (material- Copper, spike type, standard size, valid test certificate issued by manufacturer/Govt. affiliated house/ISI marked is essential)

Re-organization of 550V overhead lines for proper elect. power distribution from new substation to the existing 1st pole near Ventilation Fan (MMV) house & pit top (5 nos. poles) for lighting purpose, erection of one PCC pole for 11KV power, 3 nos. poles to establish 3.3KV power for Chora Hospital , separate 550V overhead lines for filter plant, MMV & weighbridge (nearest existing intermediate poles) (6 nos. poles) = total 15 Nos. PCC poles

Supply & erection of 8 m long new PCC poles-

Supply & fitting of Earthing (GI) Wire (8 SWG) (poles to circuit breakers & ground)

Supply & drawing of new ACSR Dog Conductors (std. size) on erected poles with jumpering & joining
