ALMIRAH LARGE/MEDIUM STEEL.

(a) Removing the existing unserviceable Two way locking device and S&F three way locking device with cover all as directed by the Engr in Charge and shown on drgs for almirah large steel

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable clamps shelves and spot welding the shelves the almirah sides as directed by the Engr in charge and shown on drgs for almirah large/medium/small . Note :- Each shelf welding completely will be measured as a single unit.

(c) Preparation of old painted steel surfaces ie. de-rusting, filling putty, denting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as approved by Asst Garrison Engineer on all external and internal surfaces of almirah large steel as specified and as directed (Size 920 x 485 x 1985mm) by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) All as per item No 1 (f) herein before but almirah medium/small (760 x 440 x 1270).

(e) Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged shelves for almirah large steel and S&F MS sheet CRC 1mm thick bent to shape and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the almirah and all as specified and shown on drg.

(f) Removing the existing unserviceable/damage/broken legs for almirah medium and S&F with a new legs made out of 18 G sheet with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the almirahs and all as specified and shown on drgs.

M&L cleaning /preparing the existing surfaces of table office clerks steel including inner surfaces of drawers steel including one coat of synthetic enamel paint as approved by Asst Garrison Engineer by spray process to achieve a uniform finish and to fix Hard rubber shoe for legs all as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable drawers of table office clerk steel and S&F new drawer made of MS sheet CRC 1 mm thick bent to shape to its original position with and applying one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the almirahs and all as specified and shown on drgs.

Removing the existing unserviceable top and S&F new top of particle board commercial 18 mm thick exterior grade pasted with 1.5 mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed on top as directed and shown on drgs.

Removing the existing unserviceable drawers of table and carring out neccssary repairs , bent to original shape to its original position and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the table dining and all as specified and shown on drgs.

Removing the existing unserviceable/damage leg/ frame and replacing with new leg/frame of 25mm x 25mm square MS Tube 1.6 mm thick welded and applying one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the table and all as specified and shown on drgs.

Painting to steel frame of table 900x600x760 mm one coat of synthetic enamel paint as approved by Asst Garrison Engineer all as specified and shown on drgs.

Removing the existing unserviceable/damage/ broken legs for lockers steel and S&F with a new legs and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the locker and all as specified and shown on drgs in addition to provide rubber pad in 3mm thick to be provided for legs.

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged shelves for locker steel and carrying out neccessary repair / bent to shape and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including welding to the locker/clips and all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing the existing unserviceable top and S&F new top of particle board commercial 188 mm thick exterior grade pasted with 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed on top as directed and shown on drgs.

Painting to steel tubler frame of the chair with one coat of synthetic enamel paint smoke grey shade for chair tubler steel with Arms all as directed and as specified.

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged seats from chair tubler steel with/without arms and S&F new seats all as shown on drg and as specified

Removing the existing unserviceable/damaged back from chair tubler steel with/without arms and S&F new back all as shown on drgs and as specified

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken Arm rest and S&F new Arm rest 1st class hardwood made to shape and painted with two coats of black paint synthetic enamel for chair tubler steel with arms all as specified and shown on drgs

Removing existing unserviceable rubber shoes from bottom of chair and S&F new hard rubber shoes to the bottom of chair all as specified and shown on drgs.

Removing existing unserviceable PVC/rubber plug from top of chairs and S&F new PVC/rubber plug to the top of chair all as specified and shown on drgs

Removing the existing un serviceable seat (cushioned) as directed by Engr-in-Charge from the following furniture and fix the new seat (12 mm th hot pressed ply wood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. with PVC lipping all around to them in all respect of Make : Godrej or equivalent approx size of seat 510 x 470 x 60 all as specified.

Removing the existing un serviceable back as directed by Engr-in-Charge from the following furniture and fix the new back (12 mm th hot pressed ply wood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping all around to them in all respect of Make : Godrej or equivalent approx size of seat 510 x 470 x 60 all as specified.

Removing the existing broken bottom gas lift (Up & Down) hydraulic with pouch (Maintenance free environmental friendly, chrome free cylinder tube shall be fixed in a MS black powder coated outer central column tube 38 mm dia and 2mm thick. It shall have 100 mm stroke length and gas pressure of 300n force, should under go an impact test)from revolving chairs, computer chairs supply and fix new bottom gas lift (hydraulic) with pouch of Make : Godrej or equivelent Note : Adjustable Tilting Mechanism to be designed with the following mechanism. Forward tilt, self regulating tilt tension + manual override, 4 position tilt lock. Anti-shock back mechanism to prevent back rest from hitting the user when the lock released. 360 swivel mechanism to allow fluid lateral movement)

Removing the existing broken twin caster wheel from revolving chairs, computer chairs, Tables TV Trolley etc., supply and fix new fibre caster wheel Make : Godrej or equivalent

Removing the existing broken Pedestal assy (injection moulded in black 30% Glass filled nylone A 10.5 MM dia forged bright Zinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the cators. It is 600 mm pitch-centre Dia) from revolving chairs & computer chairs ,supply and fix new Fibre Stem Base of Make : Godrej or equivalent

Removing the existing broken padded Arm rest (Black integral skin polyurethane finforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather reisistant) as per sample from revolving chairs & computer chairs ,supply and fix new arm rest make : Godrej or equivalent

Recanning of Chair Dining Map as per the requirement with white PVC cane 2 to 4mm wide Gola type Shah/ Primer brand weaving as per Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing of u/s cane and cleaning the holes for recanning and polishing with french polish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of un-serviceable / unhygenic seat & back of foam cushion of size 21" x 22" x 100 mm thick of 32 density for Sofa Set 5 Seater Make : Sleepwell /Kurlon cushion of M/s Kurlon Ltd duly covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality & shade complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) Rate of tapestry cloth shall not less than Rs. 250.00 per meter of standard width quality and shade shall be approved by the Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The cover made of tapestry shall be provided with openable Zip / Chain.
