Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantaling of electric connection from existing LT panel/ motor starter panel and removing of LT panel/ motor starter panel complete with accessories from site.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel, factor made, CPRI approved, cubical compartmentalized of outdoor type of required size, made out of CRCA MS Sheet 2.0 mm thick, duly powder coated with from inside and outside, for housing various LT switchgears & accessories, duly dust, vermin and weather proof, having front & back openable doors with cam locking arrangements, countersunk holes at bottom for floor mounting bracket, 2mm thick MS gland plate for cable entry provided at bottom, foamed-in PU gasket around doors & gland plates, eathing straps, complete panel fixed on 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron 04 leg frame duly grouted in PCC (1:2:4) (Each leg 50cm grouted in ground/floor and 40cm above floor level), prewired with suitable size FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wire, comprising of the following :- Bus Bar - Copper busbar of size 100mmx10mm per phase duly colour coded with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves (set of four) - 01 set.

Incomer - (a) ACB 1250 Amps Electrical Draw-Out type, 4 Pole, with breaking capacity ICS = ICU = 65 KA and short time withstand current ICW of minimum 50 kA for 1 sec, microprocessor based Electronic Trip Unit (ETU) release with overload, Short circuit, earth fault and instantaneous fault protection, over temperature protection to carrying rated current at 50 degree Celsius without deration, having LCD display for current metering, ready to close interlock safety - 01 No . (b) Digital volt meter 0 to 500 volt AC of size 96mm x 96mm with inbuilt selector switch – 01 No. (c) Digital Amp meter 0 to 1250 Amp of size 96mm x 96mm with inbuilt selector switch and CT's (set of 3) of 1250/5 CTR – 01 No. (d) Phase Indicator Lamp RYB with sheds LED Type (set of 03) - 01 Set.

Outgoing - (a) MCCB 400 Amp, 4 pole, 36 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith Spreader terminals – 06 Nos (back wash, high pressure, raw water new & old, mandir room for submersible pump/02x capcitor bank/02x 240 HP motor, 01 spare). (b) MCCB 250 Amp, 4 pole, 36 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith Spreader terminals – 01 No (for 01spare). (c) MCCB 160 Amp, 4 pole, 36 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith Spreader terminals – 01 No (steet light, plant inner light). (d) MCCB 63 Amp, 3 pole, 36 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith Spreader terminals – 01 No (for married accn).

Incomer - (a) MCCB 630 Amp, 3 pole, 50 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith Spreader terminals and rotary handle – 01 No. (b) Onload changeover switch one execution type with front operated rotary handle, 315Amp capacity, 04 pole, 415 volt, 50 Hz - 01 No . (c) Digital volt meter 0 to 500 volt AC of size 96mm x 96mm with inbuilt selector switch – 01 No. (d) Digital Amp meter 0 to 630 Amp of size 96mm x 96mm with inbuilt selector switch and CT's of 630/5 CTR – 01 No. (e) Phase Indicator Lamp RYB with sheds LED Type (set of 03) - 02 Sets for both incoming supply.

Outgoing - (a) MCCB 400 Amp, 3 pole, 36 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith Spreader terminals – 01 No. (b) MCCB 250 Amp, 3 pole, 36 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith Spreader terminals – 02 Nos. (c) MCCB 160 Amp, 3 pole, 36 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith Spreader terminals – 02 Nos. (d) MCCB 63 Amp, 3 pole, 36 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with adjustable thermal magnetic setting alongwith Spreader terminals – 02 Nos.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motor starter Panel, factor made, CPRI approved, cubical compartmentalized of indoor type of required size, double door, made out of CRCA MS Sheet 1.6 mm thick, duly powder coated with from inside and outside, for housing various LT switchgears & accessories, duly dust, vermin and weather proof, with cam locking arrangements, countersunk holes at bottom for floor mounting bracket, 2mm thick MS gland plate for cable entry provided at bottom, foamed-in PU gasket around doors & gland plates, eathing straps, complete panel fixed on MS channel 50 x 50 x 6 mm with minimum height of legs 450mm minimum, IP-54 protection, comprising of solid copper bus bar 4 strips with color coding suitable for 150A current carrying capacity with internal wiring of suitable size copper cable with proper sizes of copper thimbles for incoming & outgoing cable, frame duly grouted in PCC/ cement concrete ration 1:4, 40cm above floor level, & with comprising following accessories comprising with following :-
