Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type platform mounted step down transformer of capacity 160 KVA, 11 KV/415 Volts (at NO load), AC 3 Phase, 50 HZ, core type double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural-Air natural (ON/AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connection on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at (-)5% and 5% on 5 step on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated OFF load tap changer gear and transformer should conforming to level-2 of IS-1180 : 2014. SCHEDULE A PART XII (Arboriculture)

Supply and plantation of green sapling of plants and shurbs of Gurhal 2' to 3' high incl preparation of compost of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm by excavation, applying ATT, planting the trees / plants refilling the pit with compost manure sand and sweet earth in the ratio 1:1:4 breaking the clots, ramming and flooding with water and filling with more compost earth if necessary, fine dressing incl removal of rubbish / unserviceable material. ATT shall be in form of 200 gms Neem cake mixed with every cum of compost followedby dursban 20 EC applied at 2ml/litre in the first watering of 20 ltr per pit. As per user requirement :

Supply and plantation of green sapling of plant and shurbs of Areca 2' to 4' high incl preparation of compost of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm by excavation, applying ATT, planting the trees / plants refilling the pit with compost manure sand and sweet earth in the ratio 1:1:4 breaking the clots, ramming and flooding with water and filling with more compost earth if necessary, fine dressing incl removal of rubbish / unserviceable material. ATT shall be in form of 200 gms Neem cake mixed with every cum of compost followedby dursban 20 EC applied at 2ml/litre in the first watering of 20 ltr per pit all as specified and directed.
