Preparation of sub-grade in SMB by excavating upto 20 cm avg depth, dressing excavated earth to required camber or super elevation and consolidating with power roller incl watering & disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 30 mtr. As per MORT&H Specification.
Preparation of sub-grade in HR by excavating upto 20 cm avg depth, filling with small stone metal out of excavated material, dressing to required camber or super elevation and consolidating with power roller incl disposal of surplus material within a lead of 30 mtr. As per MORT&H Specification.
Earth work in embankment by filling with earth free from roots etc.Spreding in layer not exceeding 30 Cm including watering and finishing to required slop & level not exceeding 1.5 m hight above the base in ordinary soil in hill road where cut & fill method is adopted. As per MORT&H Specification.
Provision & laying Sub Base Course incorporating cement base soil stabiliser layers of 200 mm thick (CTSB) . The construction and quality as per IRC: 37-2018.
Provision & laying Base Course incorporating cement base soil stabiliser layers of 150 mm thick (CTB). The construction and quality as per IRC: 37-2018.
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 7.50 Kg per 10 sqm. (using BPD with manual labour)

Providing and laying 30 mm thick BC on bituminouse concrete layer with precoated stone chips grading confirming to table :500-17 and mix satisfying the physical requirment of table 500-16 of MoRT&H specifications, mixed with 5% binder asphalt VG-10 penetration grade by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix (for filler as specified as per MoRT&H data book.
