Providing of H.C. Pump of 20000 GPH X 100m ( 2 nos ) slow speed Head coupled with suitable induction motor. The specification of motor should be 1400-1500 rpm, 50 HZ, TEFC Cooled. The pumping machinery should confirm to relevant ISO standard with all latest amendments. with 380+-15% slow speed motor

Providing installation testing and commisioning of 20000 GPH X 20m head submersible monobloc pumpset at Dugwell/ Sump/GSR :-Providing, Installation, Testing & commissioning of mono submersible pumping unit for suction line/dugwell/collectiontank with allied works. The job includes providing of mono block submersible pumpsets ( 1nos )along with starter and submersible copper cable and then shifting the same to the site of workii-e., l by mechanical transport upto necessary road side and then by head load manually.Providing, Fabrication and fitting of M.S Nipple (of dia equipment of pump outlet dia) with monoblock submersible pumpset. Providing and fitting of delivery G.I Pipe line by way of welding, fabrication and filling of M.S Flanges, nut bolts of required size. The job further includes fitting of monoblock sub pump set with suction line/suction manifold of each HC pumping unit installed. Also installation of Starter for each mono sub pump at appropriate place in the pump room and laying of copper submersible cables of each submersible pumpset unit with making of leak proof. Pump cable joints at pump ends with the help of patch roll and taps. Also providing and fitting of copper cables of required current carrying capacity in between starters and the installed voltage stabilizer, then testing, commissioning on full load. Complete job including the cost of material, labour charges, tools and tackles and various types of transportation involved. Job alos includes proviidng of 01 nos standby monobloc pump set at site.

Providing installation testing and commisioning of 70000 GPH X 110m head submersible pumpset at borewell ( 01 nos ) :-Providing of Required capacity submersible pumping unit as per data provided by drilling agency head along with submersible motor and cable, MUG panel cum starter to including carriage up to actual site using mechanical transport, by head load or other means along with one stand by unit. Submersible Pump Set: -Installation M.S. Adopter: -Fabrication of 1 no graded M.S. adopter of Required dia of requisite length by way of welding of M.S. flange Required dia. at one end of the adopter and making outer threads on the other end of the adopter. The threads on the adopter should be properly meshing with inner thread of discharge outlet of submersible pump set so as to make an air tight fitting. Fitting firmly the threaded end of the adopter in the discharge outlet of the submersible pump set. The job includes cost of material and labour charges and hire charges of welding set etc Tie Rod Clamp: -Providing/fabrication of 1 no u shaped tie rod clamp of approx. – 3 mtr span fabricated out of 40 mm x 6mm M.S. flat and fitting of the tie rod clamp to the submersible pump set with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded on the side of the clamps. Job including list of material and labour charges. Column Pipe: -Fabrication of GI column pipes quantity as per safe discharge position of bore well provided by boring agency each column pipe of length 10 ft. long out of Required dia. GI pipes by way of cutting GI pipes in required lengths and then providing and welding MS flanges to the each end of the pipe lengths in a precise manner exactly perpendicular to the column pipes around the periphery. Job including cost of welding rods, labour charges, hire charges of welding set, gas cutting set as well as to and fro carriage charges of column pipes to work shop for beveling of pipe ends for proper welding the flanges. Submersible Copper Cables: -Making of leak proof joints of submersible copper cables on motor side using patch roles & insulating tapes for connecting each lead of three core of submersible copper cables. Coming from motor with their respective leads of three core copper cables (2no’s) which further to be connected with terminals of star connection arrangement and delta connection arrangement at the motor starter after proper thimbling. The job includes cost of material (excluding the cost of submersible cables)&labour charges. Lowering Installation: - Lowering of submersible pump set fitted with adopter and tie rod clamp along with fitting and lowering in sequence. column pipes Required dia (Each 10 ft.long one by one along with the 3 core submersible copper cables of adequate current carring capacity The job includes placing one column pipe over the other in sequence and connecting with each other by tightening the nut bolts at the flanges with providing & insertion of rubber joint in between the flanges for making leak proof joints of the column pipes and lowering into the tube well step by step with the help of column pipes holding clamps and chain pulley block.The top most column pipe is to be connected with installed delivery line (to tank/to distribution) of the pump set by way of providing and inserting in between M.S. bend and fitting one end of M.S. bend on the M.S. column pipe and other end to the delivery line by fastening the nut-bolts of the flanges. Job includes cost of materials i.e. rubber joints and nutbolts of the column pipes required for replacement of worn out nut-bolts and labour charges. Testing Commissioning: - Providing and fitting of proper sized thimbles to each lead of 3 core submersible cables (2 no’s) coming from motor and then connecting the leads to their respective terminal of star and delta arrangement formation on the motor starter and then connecting with three phase power supply by putting on the main switch and motor starter respectively. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.
