Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description)exc 1.5 Sqm from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering to concrete or block masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces, 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer and including applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth all complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Complete removal of existing treatment and treating with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer to wall surfaces incl preparation of old surface of wall all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces exc 10cm width and girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Roof trusses (framed), trusssed, purlings, crane gantries, rails and fasternings and heavy breacket frasming (Beam, tee, angle, Channel, hollow sec or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleates, gusset paltes etc Fe 410-w grade E-250 quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks/water staging and similar work conforming to Fe.410 W (Gde E 250 Quality B) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

S & F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410 W (Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium flat 40 X 6mm size as wind tie fixed with 50mm/75mm aluminium self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
