Setting up/Installions of Pagodas for 210 No.s of size 10'X10' and Waterproof Octanorm Stalls 40 Nos. of size 10'x10', Pagodas for 15 Nos of size 16'X16' for Food Court, 25 Nos. stalls material to be kept ready at site for emergency purpose. (Sides-inner layer of water proof material and outer sides to be of neat and clean cloth). Each stall should be erected by Using stronger & better material with different clean multiple color cloth and neat & clean carpet fixed inside the stall. Outer cloth used should be new and bright color in look. Each stall should have minimum 15 inch wooden tray at the top of entrance for display of Stall No., Name and other signage both in English and Punjabi painted in white on maroon background. Each stall should have minimum two chairs and two tables of good quality with clean white cloth covering on the top of tables as well as chairs along with colored frills at the front side of tables which should be changed as and when required. Each stall should have cloth/chick covering at the front opening gate so as to close the shop during night hours with LED string lights in neat pattern covering the whole stall from top. Every stall to be given one electrical point with functional LED bulb with 3 point plugs as per requirement. Canopies/Standies to be erected as per the site plan to Indicate directions with logo of Craft Mela. 800 iron Cusion chairs with neat and clean white clothes covered on top and 20 tables with neat and clean white clothes covered on top should be present at the venue for usage as and where required. The firm will have to erect 10 Nos. Pagodas for administrative offices (approximately size 16'X16') With, 2 table and 8 chairs in each with neat and clean cloth covers and carpet inside. Good quality clean white cloth covering on the top of tables as well as chairs and colored frills at the front side of tables which should be changed as and when required. Electrical arrangements and LED Bulbs provided as per the requirement. 3 Nos. Generator (110Kv) for Stalls and 1 No. Silent Generator for Stage 60 (Kv) (including maintenance) for power Backup at New Anaj Mandi, Mansa. 4 No. Pagodas for Ticket Counter stalls of 10'x10' size along with 6 tables and 12 chairs with neat and clean clothes cover. Electrical arrangements and LED Bulbs provided as per the requirement. VIP Reception Room of waterproof dome (approximately size 60'X100') with carpet inside fitting to the size, 5 Number 5 seater neat and clean sofa set, with 5 centre table and 50 chairs with neat and clean clothes cover). Site Office of waterproof dome (approximately size 40'X16') with carpet Inside fitting to the size, 2 five seater neat and clean sofa sets, 2 centre tables, 1 main office table and 20 chairs with neat & clean clothes cover, electric arrangement and LED bulbs as per requirement along with attached pantry. Providing and Installation of attractive and colorful bamboo and cloth gate for main entrance of size 20'X40'(approx.) with pillars size minimum 4'X4' (approx.) with SARAS MELA 2026 logo, 4 additional sub gates with required size shape and specifications of the main gate at different location based on the site plan. 5 Seated 40 sofas of 200 persons for VVIP sitting area. Outer Man proof Fencing with tin sheets (covered with colorful clothes). Barricading for main stage area, VVIP area, platinum area, sitting area, standing area, activity area as per site plan attached. New Carpets for walking and open area (neat and clean) as per the site plan and as per requirement of this office. Other temporary structures at site with tent/bamboo or such other material as per requirement and specifications with decent quality and look. 2 No. scaf folded jack stage of (approximately size 40'X24'x05', 40ft x48ftx5ft) consisting of wooden top 18mm heavy ply 4x8ft Size with iron frame including skirting and masking, covered with water proof tent over both stages and VVIP Sitting area only as per the site plan. Firm will also be required to provide electric wiring, lighting in complete Mela area (excluding stage), Pagodas with panel board complete all respect. Sound and address system for control room, entrance, ticket counter, VIP reception, site office, lost and found centre etc (excluding stage) as per requirement. Setting up of the Mela Area with colorful electric string lights colored projection lights on trees etc. as per site requirement and neat and clean multi colored cloth buntings. Signage, standys, event Plan layout with specification of Emergency entry & Exit Point etc with iron frame matter in English & Punjabi Language & Craft Mela Logo with digital Printing flex (All design is approved by the Concerned Department after that it will be printed).
