Supplying and fixing AC sheet roofing with 6mm thick asbestos cement sheet of fully corrugated (grey colour) of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary J / U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4(one cement, two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm using hard broken granite stone jelly including dewatering, side shuttering, strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete Roof slab, beam, lintel, bed block, portico slab etc.,

Servicing the rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.60m including all labour charges for servicing greasing changing damaged leaf portion, tempering the spring and changing the damaged barring and changing the damaged shaft etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with following design colour Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:3, 20mm thick in all floors used 0.20 kg / m2 including finishing the joints and pointing flush with even surfaces etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with Colour glazed tiles of size 200mmx300mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Steel Door (Single Leave) with the following specification MS angels of size 40 x 40 x 6mm are used for the outer frames and MS angles of size 35 x 35 x 5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm MS flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18 gauge CR sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. MS flat 18 x 5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm MS flat sand witching the CR sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18 x 5mm MS flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3 Nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6 Nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6 Nos. of hold fasts 300mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Paving the floor with semi polished CUDDAPAH STONE SLAB of 38/ 40mm thick laid over Cement Morter 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works)

Supplying and fixing steel weld mesh for Air inlet window frame using 25x6mm frame stiffener flat at not exceeding 0.60m centre in both direction and using 3”x1” and 6 x 10G weld mesh including labour charges, welding charges, conveyance to the site fixing in position by dismantling masonry / RCC works if necessary and making good of them and including one coat of oxide primer etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing steel weld mesh for steel ventilator frame using 25x6mm frame stiffener flat at 1.20 x 0.60 size of ventilator and using 3x1 and 6 x 10G weld mesh including labour charges, welding charges, conveyance to the site fixing in position by dismantling masonry / RCC works if necessary and making good of them and including one coat of oxide primer etc. complete.
