Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in levelling course, surface finished even and rough to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as directed by EIC, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including roughening of old concrete surfaces of floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing with water to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed Non -Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300 mm x 7mm / 350mm x 250 mm x 7mm thick as in skirting/vertical surfaces etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

20mm thick, Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, rubbing/grinding & mirror finish ,rounding of edges of marble/ kota stone/ granite stone complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.
