M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed, 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic PVC casing & caping or PVC conduit, medium grade, as directed/ ground requirement, ISI marked of suitable size, surface on wall, ceiling with GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box powder coated or PVC Box of suitable size with 3 mm thick laminated or PVC sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified and directed.

a) One light /exhaust fan/bell point /Ceiling fan controlled by one switch.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but with 4 Sqmm for 3 pin 16 Amps socket point controlled by one switch on independent board and 4 Sqmm copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type 6 Amps, one way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 Amps flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling rose, 3 terminal, PVC/ polycarbonate insulated body

S & F GI tubing 15 mm dia including Tee,bend, elbow etc. complete all as specified and as directed fixed on wall.

S & F Plug type bib tap 15mm dia , cast iron, screwed for iron pipe complete all as directed and specified .

S & F stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for pipe 15 mm bore or for unions and fixed fancy type cromium plated complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC connection pipe 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm suitable for hot and cold water complete all as specified and directed..

Supplying , fixing, testing and installation electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc.complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Crompton/Bajaj/Usha/Racold

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers including all fixing accessories all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Bajaj/Crompton/Almonard/Usha.

M&L for cutting round holes 300 mm dia for fixing exhaust fan into or through stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required and plastering in CM 1:4 to external/internal surfaces and finished to match with the exsiting surfaces all as directed by Engr - In- Charge.

All as per item above, but brick walls

M&L for sub main wiring surface as required with two single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor, multistranded 1100 volts grade through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit including 4 sqmm copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed wire as earth continuity conductor along the wiring and connected to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of wire one run of conduit measured as one length.

Cutting V grooves on brick wall surfaces for recessing of sub main wiring to the required size and making good the surfaces by plastering with CM 1:4 and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB distribution board double door type, SPN 8 way, 240 Volts sheet steel powder painted IP 43 protection with bus bar, neutral link & earth bar etc. for incoming and outgoing MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SPN and 40-63 Amps current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix MCB, SP, 'C' curve, 6 - 32 Amps, 10 kA complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron wire of 4 mmas earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR 1991(Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
