M&L for Steel work for Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing,balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality B including welding to stringer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 16mm to 20mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends and screwed other end or screed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm but exc 10 cm but n.exc 15 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide and zinc chrome complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/oose soil complete all as specified and direcetd.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface (Soft/loose soil) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers nexc 15cm thick watered and rammed to atrue surfaces complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for cement conrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick; Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in top layer of the floor, pavings etc., including finishing the surface by spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base 75mm thick, finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for yellow/ Red colour pre-polished rubber moulded chequred cement concrete tile 300mm x 300mm x 20-22mm thick with anti skid properties set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty grade (ISI marked) PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed for the One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

All as per item No. 11 above but using 2.5 sqmm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket point including necessary running of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor FRLS PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

S & F modular switch piano flush type, single pole, one way, 5/6 Amp single module complete all as specified and directed.

S & F modular switch piano flush type, single pole, one way, 15/16 Amp single module complete all as specified and directed.

S & F modular socket outlet multipurpose having provision for 3 pin, 15/16 Amp and 3 pin, 5/6 Amp, 2 module piano flush type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ceiling rose, surface bakelite with 3 terminals, ISI marked for batten fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F water heater (Geyser) storage type (Vertical type) of capacity 25 Ltrs, BEE 5 Star rating, 230 Volts, 2 KW element, single phase AC supply, inner tank made out of heavy duty stainless steel sheet glass line coated with all accessories such as pressure release valve, non return valve, thermostat with auto cut off, SS braided pipe connection 15mm dia 450mm long hot & cold (02 Nos.) and hanging on wall with 4 Nos steel fastners 10mm dia 100mm long and testing on load (Filled with water) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge/JE complete all as specified and directed. Note: Srl Number of geyser and 'GE AF Amla' shall also be writing on geyser with red colour permanent marker, which will be issued by Engineer-in-Charge and cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

S & F GI pipe medium grade of size 15mm dia with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting & screwing existing steel tubing of size 15 mm bore for alteration or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) done in position without taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15 mm bore stop valves, chrominum plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15 mm bore bib tap, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase 230 Volts of size 300mm sweep with, blades, frame and louvers with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 0.75 Sqmm three core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required superficial area not exc. 150 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.
