Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing of fibre netlon of best quality to windows and openings including cost of netlon, velcro ,nails, labour charges for stitching and fixing etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Aluminium Netlon door with standard specification of size 1.0m x 2.10 m height with stainless steel insect fine mesh including cost of all furniture, materials and fittings such as hinges handles, magnetic door catcher, etc. including labour charges for fixing the door in position, etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of SS Heavy Duty Long body tap with wall flange with fittings including cost of fittings , labour for fixing etc, complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The quality of fittings should be got approved from the Competent Authority before use)

Supplying and fixing of SS sink cock (SS Swan neck tap) with U shape bend pipe spout wall flange including cost of fittings labour for fixing etc, all complete and as directed by the departmental officers., (The quality and brand of fittings should be got approved from the Competent Authorityr before use).

Supplying and fixing of door lock with required labour cost etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 18W 4 Feet LED Fittings with LED tube light including labour cost etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Flyash brick work partition wall in cement mortor 1:4 ( One of cement and four of sand) 115mm thick for superstructure In Following Floors using Flyash brick of size 230x110x70 mm having minimum average crushing strength of 50Kg/sqcm. including labour for fixing the doors,windows and ventilator frames in position fixing of hold fasts scaffolding, curing etc. complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Forth Floor

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including, providing band cornice scaffolding curing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing cuddappa slabs (40 mm thick) of following thickness for cupboards, wardrobes shelves of well polished on both sides smoothly including fixing with CM 1:3 (One of cement three of sand) 12 mm thick including cutting to the required size laying fixing in position and jointing with black oxide and finishing neatly etc. as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position White / Colour Glazed Model Floor Mounted European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm “P” or “S” trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC / 12.5 litres capacity porcelin low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings, such as, 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using indian adopter joint including all internal fittings, such as, 15mm bras connections, 15mm GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Floor Mounted)

Removing the damaged cup-board and providing new Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydraulic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multipurpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.
