M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, any thickness, pilasters, buttresses columns, struts, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregrate) as in column, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams,and similar work, vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia (Grade not less than 500D), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia (Grade not less than 500D), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled of grade Fe-410 W (Grade E-250) quality A sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10mm under layer + 5mm top layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), mixed with water proofing compound on top layer or as per manufacturer's instructions, finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as 'supply only'.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, cornices etc and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade pattern deep green/camouflage (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm, complete all as specified and directed.
