Providing and driving in position permanent MS liners 6mm thick for piles from bottom of pilecap as per Cl.709.1.4 of IRC 78-2014 including cost of liners and fabricating, welded construction with consumable, labour and plants and driving MS liners 6mm thick to be left permanently with the pile shaft as per requirement and as per standard specification, and placing them in position with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per Sections 1100 & 1600 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision).

Filling behind Abutments and Return walls with filling material having Ø value more than 35°, including cost and conveyance to worksite, laying, handling charges and filling in layers tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density, including watering, with all leads and lifts for water and all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per Cl.710.1.4 & Appendix-6 of IRC:78-2014 & CI.305 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision).

Supply and fabrication of Fe-500 (High Strength Deformed) grade steel with suitable anticorrosive treatment for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, including cost of steel at site and cost of fabrication labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including over lapping to the required length wherever necessary and providing to the reinforcement placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges, etc.,complete as per Section 1600 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision).

Supply and fabrication of Fe-240 grade steel with suitable anticorrosive treatment for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule, including cost of steel at site and cost of fabrication labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including over lapping to the required length wherever necessary and providing to the reinforcement placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges, etc.,complete as per Section 1600 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision).

FORMATION OF APPROACH ROAD

Clearing light jungle by cutting, removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes,shrubs,stumps,roots,grass,weeds,top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness rubbish including cutting of trees upto 300mm girth. ( Specification Number as per MORTH Revision-V 201)

Forming Embankment with Carted Earth of CBR 8 with an average lead of 15.00Km including cost and conveyance of earth to worksite including labour charges for filling in layers as specified by the departmental officers including watering with all leads for water including labour charges for compacting using power roller, tamping, ramming under optimum moisture content to obtain the maximum density including hire and fuel charges for water sprinkler, power roller and all other incidental charges et. complete as per standard specification - 95% as per MORT&H No.305 (vth rev)

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitumen Emulsion(RS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.
