Day to day comprehensive colony maintenance of Civil and Electrical works of Area Unit, Jagannath Area for a period of 8 months (240 days).(Retender/2nd call)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches, drain not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. (All kinds of soils).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50 m and lift up to 50 m.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. (All kinds of soil). Note : Total area =200.00 sqm. i.e 200.00/100= 2.00 hundred sqm.

Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidation and dressing complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3coarse sand : 6graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1cement : 4coarse sand : 8graded stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size).

Providing hoisting and fixing up to floor five level pre-cast reinforced cement concrete work in shelves including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3coarse sand) including the cost of required centering and shuttering finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement : 3fine sand) on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete: Thermo Mechanically Treated bars.

Half brick masonry with Fly Ash Brick (230x125x75 mm size) bricks of class designation 10 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)
