SITC of dust and vermin proof outdoor type feeder piller (Approx size : 2400mm(L) x 2200mm(H) x 900mm(D). suitable for single phase,415 Volts, 50 Hz. AC supply generally conforming to IS: 5039/1983 as ammended upto date, IP66 and to withstand rough usage and weather fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet with hinged double door with gasket, detachable gland plates for cable chamber, 2 earthing studs, bottom type cable entry provision having locking arrangement in front. This should have mounting arrangement on concreate pedestal (Approx size : 2 x (2400mm x 300mm x300mm) with MS angle mounting legs.The panel shall be powder coated painting, supply and fixing of following switchgears, interconnections, internal control wiring, terminal block for outgoing, earthing etc. complete as required and as per specifications attached. (A) Incomer: 800 A, 4P MCCB - 50 kA = 2 No., (ICS=100% Icu, O/L & S/C protection) with ammmeter and voltmeter and Energy meter having suitable CT (B) 800A Bus Coupler - 1 No. (C) (i) LED Indication Lamp, (R/Y/G/ ON/OFF/TRIP) = 12 Nos.(incomer) (ii) ON/OFF- 8 Nos (Out going) (D) Outgoing: (i) 400A, 4P, 50 kA, MCCB - 02 Nos (with ICS=100% Icu) with ammmeter and voltmeter and Energy meter having suitable CT. (ii) 250A, 4P, 50 kA, MCCB - 02 Nos (with ICS=100% Icu) with ammmeter and voltmeter and Energy meter having suitable CT.

Supply of following sizes of Aluminium Armoured XLPE insulated & FR PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098: 1988 Part1 with upto date amendments complete as required. 3.5C x 300 Sq.mm

Supplying and installing following size of M.S perforated cable tray hot dipped galvanized with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, duly mounted from wall with G.I angle including bolts & nuts, painting etc as required. (300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on cable tray as required Above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the Surface as required. Above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5CX 300SQMM

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing of 1:2:4 Cement concrete ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) DSR CIVIL 5.1.3/2023

Chase Cutting of size upto 100 mm wide and 40 mm deep or as per requirement with saw cut machine, refilling and finishing the surface with coarse sand and bitumen or cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm dia nominal) etc complete as required.
