Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) not exceeding 15cm thick as in foundations to drains, etc. below or above ground level etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil etc. by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as in Ser Item No 3 above but in soft/disintegrated rock.

Ditto all as in Ser Item No 3 above but in hard rock.

Ditto all as in Ser Item No 5 above but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth in any type of soil by mechanical means and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as in Ser Item No. 7 above but in soft/disintegrated rock.

Ditto all as in Ser Item No. 7 above but in hard rock.

Ditto all as in Ser Item No. 9 above but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and deposited as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated rock to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and deposited as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings including use and waste of formwork as required etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-25 grade (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cover slabs to drains in any widths and thickness including use and waste of formwork as required etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for stone walling squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as in Ser Item No 19 above but except stones.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with maximum depressing on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface exceeding 20mm but not exceeding 40mm etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raking out joints and keyed pointing in CM 1:4 to squared rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay reinforced concrete pipes class NP-3 450mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars etc completed all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as in Ser Item No 25 above but 900mm dia.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 450mm dia pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as in Ser Item No 27 above but 900mm dia.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cuttings with power roller of weight exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne etc. with and including material and labour for 150mm spread thickness soling with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gardient and camber, 75mm thickness (compacted thickness) WBM with sand stone coarse aggregates for grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber, preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wired brushes, removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. applying evenly priminig/ tack coat of bitumen of grade VG-10 at 7.5 Kg/10Sqm. M & L for applying 40mm consolidated thickness bituminuous premix carpet with Seal Coat grading with 0.54 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 36.80 Kg bitumen (VG 30 grade) rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient. etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surface brick work or on one side of lathing in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick in plinth protection fair finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 180mm x 150mm size salt-glazed stoneware gully traps, square or round mouthed type 'P' complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling pipe in any dia and length fixed on walls/floors. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia (salt glazed ware AC or reinforcement concrete set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 150mm reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 150mm dia bore drain pipe for bed concrete including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after tye are laid and tested complete.

Cutting in to existing man holes for connecting new drains, internal dia of pipe 150mm making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished even using without extra cement and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demoilition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position.

S & F providing SFRC manhole cover with rectangular frame of size 110cm x 65cm MD-10 fixed at site up to satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling old manhole cover slab from site
