Providing & laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggeragate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site laying and in Uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired as per MOTH Specification 406 IV revision

Applying primer coat over the WMM suface using with Emulsion bitumen binder 7.0 Kg/10 sq.m including cost & conveyance of all materials and all labour charges

Applying tack coat over the WMM suface using with Emulsion bitumen binder 2.5 Kg/10 sq.m including cost & conveyance of all materials and all labour charges

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm thick using paver finishing compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm IRC size HBG metal and 0.09 cum of 11.2mm IRC size HBG metal with 2.44kg of shredded plastic with 12.16 Kg of 60/70 grade bitumen for premixing for 10 Sq.mm of premix carpet and 0.09 cum of 6.7mm IRC size HBG chips with 9.8 Kg of 60/70 grade bitumen for seal coat for 10sqm and conveyance of metal /Chips from approved sources to work site stacking the same at road side to departmental metric gauge for taking premeasurements including cost of 60/70 grade bitumen which will be supplied by the department at the rate and place as specified in the special condition appended including heating the bitumen in bitumen boilers heating the aggregate and mixing them with bitumen in central hot mix plant for premix carpet, rolling by 80/100 KN power roller for premix carpet and spreading the seal coat mix over the premix carpet and rolling by 80/100 KN power roller separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet and seal coat including hire and fuel charges for bitumen boiler minimix plant and power roller and hire charges for all other tools and plants employed etc. complete asper MOST specification 509 & 513 (III revision).
