(A) Over Hauling of Electrical Actuator

Safely removal of electrical actuators from vales / damper, dismantling, complete overhauling / servicing, re-assembling and re-installation of the different make and various models of electrical actuators including limit switches and motor of various services, of the actuators installed in AHP & FOPH area.(Details scope of work given in annexure-1)

(B)O/H and repairing of pneumatic actuators and pneumatic positioner & feedback motion transmitters, air filter regulator air lock relays installed in AHP and FOPH area.

Work Dismantling and shifting of pneumatic control actuators from site to works shop and installation from workshop to site the following work is to be cared out for overhauling / servicing of pneumatic actuators(details of work mentioned in scope of work)

Work O/H of pneumatic actuators of control valves (details of work mentioned in scope of work).

Work O/H & Servicing of pneumatic Positioned, PFT, I/P convertor, Air lock relay and air filter regulators etc (details of work mentioned in scope of work).

(C)Overhauling & servicing of Solenoid, JBs and SS tube / copper tube of AHP area.

Overhauling & servicing of S.S Tube / Copper Tube / Fittings / Cable / Junction Boxes (details of work mentioned in scope of work).

Overhauling & servicing of Solenoid Valve (details of work mentioned in scope of work).

(D)Overhauling & servicing of C&I field instrument of AHP and FOPH area.

Dismantling, cleaning, servicing, checking, testing, recalibration and re-commissioning of pressure transmitters, vacuum transmitter & flow transmitter and ensure working satisfactory (details of work mentioned in scope of work). Change the transmitters (if defective)

Dismantling, cleaning, testing, recalibration and re-commissioning of pressure switch and ensure working satisfactory. Change the pressure switch (if defective)(details of work mentioned in scope of work).

Dismantling, cleaning, testing, recalibration and re-commissioning of pressure Gauges, temperature gauges, DP gauges and ensure working satisfactory.(details of work mentioned in scope of work). Change the pressure Gauges, temperature gauges, DP gauges (if defective)

Dismantling, cleaning, testing, recalibration and re-commissioning of Level transmitter ensure working satisfactory. Change the Level transmitter (if defective)(details of work mentioned in scope of work).

Disconnection from site, cleaning, testing checking, repairing & re-commissioning of thermocouple / RTD s along with their compensating cables ensure working satisfactory. Change the thermocouple / RTD s along with their compensating cables (if defective) (details of work mentioned in scope of work).

(E) Overhauling of miscellaneous work

Replacement / Repairing of defective root / isolating valve of transmitter, gauges, presser switch, temp switch (details of work mentioned in scope of work).

Cleaning, purging, repairing, and replacement of broken impulse lines (details of work mentioned in scope of work).

(F) The work of Rerouting of cables.

Rerouting of power/control cable for various drain valves and switches through safe area.

(G) Overhauling of C&I System of TAC and IAC and UPS in BOP area

Overhauling of C&I system of TAC and IAC of AHP,Contact cleaning and checking of all UPS installed in BOP area.

Checking Testing of analysers installed in BOP area.

Checking Testing of Dew Point.
