PWD Road to Gansangudhi Road

Site Clearance Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling, and trees girth upto 300 mm , removal of stumps of trees cut eralier and disposal of unserviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 mtr including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness as per direction of EIC

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including TP and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRTH Specifications for Road Bridge works 4th Revision complet including cost,conveyance,Royalities,Taxes of all materials,all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,TP ,sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of EngineerinCharge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRTH Specifications for road Bridge works(4th. Revision) .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriag of mixed material by Tiper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on wel prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRTH specification for Road and Bridge works 4th Revision

BITUMINOUS WORKS Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 as per direction of EIC

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion RS 1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 as per direction of EIC

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60 70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRTH Specifications for Road Bridge works 4th Revision

Fine dressing and turfing to the slope of the road embankment with compaction dub grass transported by mechanical means as per the directed by the E.I.C.
