Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles Doubled charged, 8-10mm thick (600 mm x 600 mm size) of approved make (Kajaria/RAK/Johnson) in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments including roughening/tucking of existing flooring/skirting etc. complete

Supply of labour for opening of door shutters, cutting to proper size after laying of floor tile including refixing in position. (Carpenter II Class)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty 1.0 mm thick (avg.) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with Ist quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC contents less than 50 gms/ltr, Two or more coats of required shade and colour, including applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture.

Distempering (one coat) with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work (Make Asian/Nerolac).
