SPECIAL REPAIR/ REWINDING OF ALTERNATOR OF 62.5 KVA ,100 KVA DG SETS AND REPAIR OF AMF PANEL AT AF STATION CARNICOBAR

M&L for carefully dismantling burnt/unserviceable alternator of DG Set having capacity 62.5 KVA from engine, taking to OEM authorised workshop for rewinding the defective alternator with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge & turns including all required insulation materials, overhauling of stator and rotor assembly, varnishing, heating rotor, stator, replacement of End bearings, bushes and refixing to its original place. Making proper connections of alternator with Engine, making all electric & control cable connections . Testing of DG set, setting all parameters i.e. Voltage, Frequency, RPM, etc complete all as per OEM instructions & directed by Engr in Charge at site.

Note for Srl Item No. 1.00 & 2.00 above: (i) The job includes M&L for transportation of alternator from site to authorised OEM workshop at Portblair and back. (ii) Minimum 6 month warranty on rewinding shall be given . (iii) 12 Hrs testing after successfully repaired shall be carried out for 12 Hrs i.e. for (2 Hrs on 25%, 2 Hrs on 50%, 2 Hrs on 75% & 4 Hrs on 100 % Load) (iv) The Contractor shall submit relevant documents pertaining to transportation of alternator from Carnicobar to Port Blair and Vice-Versa during claiming of payment through RAR and Final Bill.

M&L for replacement of AVR unit suitable for 62.5 KVA DG Sets as prescribed by the manufacturer. Model/Make as per existing.

M&L for replacement of defective AMF digital controller Type EC-RXA- V2, 5 A, 50 HZ,230V AC. Make - C&S, L&T and Equivalent

M&L for replacement of existing unsv battery with 12 volt,120AH maintenance free having 36 Month warranty. Make : EXIDE/Amron/Luminous/Livguard

M&L for replacement of UNSV controller relay (MPC-3C-12D-5AL/3C/0/MPC-12DS) as per existing model & type compete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge. Make - Selzer/ Existing make or model at site / equivalent
