Decomissioning existing fitted 7 TR PAC Package A.C. units i/c dismantling the same with related condensers & MS stand ,accessories like canvas, damper , cable tray ,as directed by Eng.-in-charge. Complete. (b) from 1st floor at TE Kaiserbagh

Shiftig , Transportation of the existing dismantled 7 TR PAC package A.C. units with related condensers & accessories like MS stand ,Cu-piping, power /control cable, canvas connection ,Duct , Cable tray etc from the TE Bldg Bhadewan and shifting the same to the place inside the exchange premises as directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Installation, testing and commissioning of above 7 TR PAC Package indoor and outdoor units on existing MS frame i/c fixing of S/A damper, canvas connection etc complete complete as reqd.

Supplying & Charging of following gas in existing Acs units i/c leakage testing & repairing the leakage points by brazing the copper pipes, pressure testing etc comp as reqd. (a)R-407/410 Gas

Leakge testing i/c nitrogen pressure testing ,vacuemising etc complete complete as reqd.

Supply & fixing of the following sizes 18 gauge ( 1.2 mm)copper refrigerant piping on the MS perforated tray (wherever required) etc complete as reqd i/c S/F of MS perforated Tray of 1.6 mm thick along with horizontal and vertical bends reducers , tees , cross members , other accessories duly suspended from the ceiling with MS suspenders / on wall i/c painting etc complete as reqd . (a) size 7/8" single run

Laying of following sizes of existing recovered copper refrigerant piping on the existing MS perforated tray (wherever required) etc complete as reqd. (a) 7/8" single run

(b) 5/8" single run

Laying of following of existing recovered PVC insulated PVC Sheathed Aluminum /copper conductor armored cable sizes up to 16 sqmm of 1.1 KV grade conforming to relevant I.S. on wall/ existing MS perforated tray etc as reqd

Supplying, installing, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, support as per approved drawing and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. (a) Thickness 0.63 mm sheet

Installation, testing and commissioning of existing GI volume control duct damper between existing supply air duct and main plenum complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges i/c cutting of supply air duct , making hole in plenum etc, as per specifications attached .

Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre-painted M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.(a) 100mm width x 50mm x 1.6mm thickness

(b) 150mm width x 50mm x 1.6mm thickness

ITC I/c Fabricating following size of of existing perforated MS cable tray I/c horizontal and vertical bends reducers tees, cross members and other accessories as reqd, and duly suspended from the ceiling with MS suspenders and including painting etc. as required.(a) 100mm width x 50mm x 1.6mm thickness

(b) 150mm width x 50mm x 1.6mm thickness

SITC plumbing work for drainage requirement I/c reducer, elbows, tees, unions, flanges etc. for water connection of various components of system. (a) 40mm CPVC .Pipe

(b) 25mm CPVC .Pipe

ITC of existing 25mmx5mm thick G.I. strip for loop earthing on cable tray wall etc as required

Dismantling of existing plenum of 7 TR PAC Package A.C. units as directed by Eng.-in-charge. Complete.
