REPAIRS, RESURFACING OF INTERNAL ROADS, REPLACEMENT OF ROAD FURNITURE AND ALLIED WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT MIL STATION BHUSAWAL UNDER GE (S) AHILYANAGAR

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate application of 2.50 Kg / 10 Sqm on bituminious surface as specified in table 500-5 of MORTH Specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous semi - dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness laid using mechanical paver for any width of road with min 5.00% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver for any width of road, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thicknes 75mm or less) with binder content ( paving bitumen of VG-30 grade bitumen ) of min 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.0 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking n exc100 mm width using thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be confirming to BS-6086 of most specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete as all specified and directed.

S&F for road side convex mirror for road safety with installation kit & adjustable fixing bracket (nuts & Bolts), ISO Certified 9001:2015, of size 800mm dia, made up of polycabronate, mounted on MS pipe of 2.1 m long and dia of pipe is 80mm including RFR, removal and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in MS pipe including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil for fixing and embedding the MS pipe on ground with hold fasting using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregates (block size 0.3m x 0.3 m x 0.45m below GL) and proper grounting, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Solar Delineator 80mm dia, 145mm high made out of poly carbonate clear, U.V resistant protected with mesh, solar panel of monocrystalize - 2.5 volt/300 MA battery 02 nos x 1.2 volt, 1600MAH, blinking type red color with back up minimum 36 hrs and pole height 1mt, including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x 150 x 300mm) complete all as specified and directed directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 or equivalent fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar description or thickness in floors, apron etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete interlocking tiles (glossy finish/ rubber mat finish) of 80 mm thick, hydraulically pressed cemented tiles of grey colour with pigments, (glossy finish/ rubber mat finish) factory made, M-40 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006, as in floor laid over & including 25 mm thick sand cusion and including filling of interstices with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Size, shape & pattern of tiles shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge).
