Type-V (G plus12), Multipurpose hall (G plus1), Substation building & Enquiry office (Civil & Electrical) (G plus1) and Stilt & Open Car parking including Segregated Garbage Chutes, Internal Water Supply Installation, Sanitary Installation, Electrical Installation and development of site, bulk services , Demolishing of Existing structures & Refurbishing of existing campus boundary wall for IA & AD at Ultadanga, Kolkata on EPC basis.

Dismantling and Demolishing of existing Buildings of Type-III (G+3) 9 blocks, Type-II (G+3) 4 blocks and Type-I (G+3) 4 blocks, Pump house and generator Room, 2 Nos. Shed, 1 No. Office, Toilet CESC Transforma Room, Over head tank of 50000 lit. capacity and 25m height and Under ground sump of capacity 1 lacs lit. including removing all dismantled materials and malba etc. from the site and levelling the ground after removing dismantled materials all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and local bye laws of KMC,Kolkata. (Dismantle materials shall be property of the contractor)

Planning, designing and Construction of RCC Framed structure Multistoried buildings for 120 nos. Type-II Qtrs. (G+15) & 184 Nos. Type-III (G+15), 24 Nos. Type-IV +5 Nos. Type-V (G+12) and Multipurpose Hall (G+1) including installation of all internal services of Civil (including dual plumbing system), Electrical and Mechanical and providing of garbage collecting system (Dry & Wet garbages) made of 600 dia and providing R.C.C. overhead tank as per guidelines of NBC-16 on terrace and substation building with enquiry office (Civil & Electrical) (G+1) with single plumbing system and polyethylene overhead tank all on the basis of concept drawings and execution as per approved designs & drawings, scope of work, CPWD Specifications 2019, latest NBC, relevant IS Codes and as per provision made else where in the NIT Documents to complete the building with its functionality for its intended purpose, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Planning, designing and Construction of development work to entire residential complex on the basis of concept drawings and execution as per approved designs & drawings, scope of work, CPWD Specifications 2019, latest NBC, relevant IS Codes etc. and as per provision made else where in the NIT Documents, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, which broadly includes: 3.1. Levelling & dressing of ground as per approved design & drawing of ground profile. 3.2. Underground Sewerage system and drainage system with UPVC Drain or Drainfit UDS pipe as per IS 15328 i/c all fittings, fixtures, inspection chamber with cover, Manhole chamber with cover, connection from inlet and to outlet as per approved design, drawing, specification all complete. 3.3. Municipal water supply distribution line, STP treated water supply distribution line with close end peripherial grid made of D.I. Pipes (Class K9) conforming to IS:8329 including all fitting & fixtures, inspection chamber, valve chamber, earthwork etc as per approved design, drawing, specification etc, all complete. 3.4. Rainwater harvesting system from rooftop of buildings in accordance with CPWD Rainwater harvesting and conservation manual-2019, guidelines of Central Ground Water Board and specification as per approved design & drawings i/c all fittings, fixtures, accessories, connection to outfall of municipal drainage system, all complete. 3.5. Providing underground sump (Capacity not less than 4.00 lacs litre) and Pump Room adjacent to UG Sump as per approved design & drawing and specifications i/c all fitting fixture etc all complete. 3.6. Providing Sewarage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity not less than 200 KLPD including operation and Maintenance of STP for 24 months after handing over the project including all consumables as per latest guidelines of Central Pollution Control Board, CPHEEO, Govt. of India and KMC, Kolkata including construction of STP Panel Room & Operator room as per approved design & drawing, specification i/c all fittings & fixture and disposal of surplus treated water to municipal outfall etc complete. A Bank Gurantee for Rs. 20.00 lakhs as a security deposited for satisfactory operation and maintenance of STP shall be deposited by the contractor for the validity period upto 90 days beyond the completion date of operation & maintenace period of the STP before the release of security deposited for the project completion and this bank gurantee shall be released @25% after completion of each 6 months maintenance period. 3.7.Providing and execution of Horticulture works and Operation & maintenance for 12 months after handing over as per approved design & drawings, specification i/c all consumable and accessories, all complete. A Bank Gurantee for Rs. 4.00 lakhs as a security for satisfactory operation & maintenance of Horticultural works shall be deposited by the contractor for the validity period upto 90 days beyond the completion date of operation& maintenace period of the Horticultural Works before the release of security deposited for the project completion and this bank gurantee shall be released @25% after completion of each 3 months maintenance period. 3.8.Construction of RCC Framed structure building for 2 Nos. Security Room including installation of all internal services of Civil, Electrical, polyethylene overhead tank on terrace as per approved design & drawings, specification i/c all fitings & fixture all complete. 3.9.Providing 1.80 mtr. wide Jogging Track arround play ground with 60 mm thick interlocking paver block of M-30 or richer mix over lean concrete and consolidated subgrade including Kerb channel and Kerb stone of M40 C.C grade as per approved drawing, specifications i/c all accessories etc all complete. 3.10.Construction of Open car parking (for 119 vehicles) with M25 grade cement concrete pavement adopting vaccum dewatering system as per approved design & drawings, specification i/c all accessories etc all complete. 3.11.Developing of 2 Nos. Play Ground including G.I. Chain link fabric fencing with 2 nos. entry gate to each ground. One playground having approximate area 700 sqm. and other playground having approximate area 350 sqm. providing totlot and sitting arrangement with FRP Slide (1 No.), swing (2 Nos. in single stand), Marry-go-round (1 No.), spiral slide, Sea-saw (2 Nos. in single stand) and FRP 3 seater benchwith back (minimum 22 Nos) as per approved design & drawing , specifications i/c all fittings, fixtures and accessories etc all complete. 3.12.Construction of 6 mtr. wide Bituminous internal road i/c approach path with kerb stone as per approved design, drawings and specification i/c cross drainage work with required fittings, fixture, accessories etc. all complete. .3.13.Construction of 2 Nos Entry Gate and refurbishing of Front boundary wall and repair & finishing work of rest Boundary wall as per approved design, drawing, specifications i/c all fittings, fixtures, accessories, etc. all complete.
