Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct (0.75 Mtrs. deapth) in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Supplying & making end termination with brass Compression gland (Double compression glands) & Aluminium lugs for following 3.5/4.0C size of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Alignment of cables for proper cable end terminations, in the soil, dismantling of unwanted existing cables, panels and switchgears as per the direction of E-I-C and depositing them in the yard.

Supplying and fixing of 8way (4 + 24) Double Door surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415V, TPN MCB and MCCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs and MCCB (but without MCBs / MCCBs and incomer )as required. (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.). Make : LEGRAND.

Dismantling of unwanted / old existing UG Cable / wiring installation switch boxes, old Electrical panel etc. as directed by Engineer in charge and depositing old materials in E & MM Store yard.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet. As per IS 3043, charcoal / coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit. The copper plate has to be tinned, connected copper flats have to be brazed and only SS nut, bolts and washers are to be used. (SS Bolt Nuts & Washers should be used)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.(SS Bolt Nuts & Washers should be used)

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00mm dia copper wire in 15mm G.I. pipefrom earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and refilling as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm Tinned copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required on porcelain insulators ( SS nut bolt & spring washer to be used) (0.5 + 0.5)

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm size of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. PVC Conduit make: VIP / Joegeetha / Supreme / Astral / Polycab / Modi's.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long using cement concrete and fixing the same in ground as required.

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. agreegate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required. Water bound macadam.(0.15 x 0.45 x 50)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tampling complete.(0.15 x 0.45 x 50)
