Supplying, fabricating and placing in position inild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 using Chamber bricks of size 9"x43/8"x23/4" etc., complete

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm * 23cm * 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with redoxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of redoxide and water proofing compound ) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2 for etc Complete

Vetrified tiles of best quality and free from any defect, approved quality colour set in CM 1:2 including all Cost and Convenyance for etc Complete

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, is given in this estimate.
