Providing and laying 4mm (-0.2/+0.3) thick APP with mineral finish (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 5.6 Kg/sq.m water proofing membrane mineral finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps over the coat, 4mm th 5 layered APP membrane mineral finish shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Tensile strength in longitueinal and transverse direction as 600±150/400±150 N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 200 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 145 degree (iii) Penetration @25 C d 15-25mm (iv) Water Tightness 10 kPa (v) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC cement concrete tiles of size 250 x 250 mm and 20 to 25mm thick laid as in roof floor over 15mm thick (1:4) cement bed, set, jointing and pointing with grey cement and pigment complete all as directed

Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work & scaffolding where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external / internal surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc including removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as cement base paint, external emulsion etc from external surfaces of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder including removal of waste material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Applying acrylic wall care putty in external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) as per manufacturer instructions by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 5mm thick in cemet mortar 1:3 as on ceilings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering work, internal emulsion etc from internal surfaces of walls & ceiling with mechanical means/grinder including removal of material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) as per manufacturer intructions by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing existing old treated surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc including cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat, complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
