Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/ cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Crack Repairing

A. Surface Preparation: Make “V” shape groove cutting (75mmx50mm or as per actual site condition) at all the crack lines including manpower & tools. Chisel out of existing plaster between the cutting blade lines shape & preparing the surface for chemical treatment using mechanical means like grinding, wire brush etc B. Epoxy Bonding Agent Providing and applying of Epoxy based bonding agent above the “V” shape groove using long open time epoxy bonding agent like MasterBrace 1414 of MBS C. Rebuilding the cover plaster using structural grade Repair mortar Supply & application of Ready to use, dual-shrinkage compensated, cementations, fibre reinforced high performance repair mortar for wall crack repairs that achieves compressive strength: (ASTM C109 7cm cube) 15 MPa 1 Day, 25 MPa 3 Days, 35 MPa 7 Days, 45 MPa 28 Days (Water to powder ratio 0.14) like MasterEmaco S348 of MBS or equivalent A 4-6mm chicken mesh shall be provided in sandwiched manner for repair mortar which will act as a secondary reinforcement. The mortar should be capable of applying 50mm thickness in single layer. Fill the open mouth of “V” shape area leaving all rest areas undisturbed, including Manpower, Material and Equipment.

Repair of damage wall patches

A. Surface preparation on concrete Surface: The surface should be so prepared to achieve a clean sound surface. All loose traces of concrete or mortar, dust, grease oil, etc. must be removed. Damaged or contaminated concrete shall be removed to obtain a keyed aggregate exposed surface. Laitance should be removed by mechanical means. All sharp edges, fins and rough surfaces that could hamper the finish will be removed by scrabbling or machine grinding to provide a smooth finish. All surfaces so treated should be thoroughly washed with clean water B. Application of bonding coat: Providing and Applying a single coat bonding slurry mixed with MasterEmaco SBR 3 or equivalent (1:2= MasterEmaco SBR 3: Cement) before the application of repairing material inclusive of material, manpower and equipment. C. Rebuilding the Plaster: Providing and laying average 50mm thick plaster mixed with approved water proofing compound like MasterPel 777 or equivalent (Integral waterproofing compound confirming to IS 2645) over the bonding agent including preparation of surface, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per manufacture's specifications and instruction and as directed. A 4-6mm chicken mesh shall be provided in sandwiched manner for plaster which will act as a secondary reinforcement

Supply fitting and fixing of top grill made of SS Sq pipe 304 grade 25x25x1.5mm and grater strainer made of 1.5mm ss perforated sheet ,main base frame made of SS304 angle 38x38x5 mm

(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately ) Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron)
