Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in, Hard rock requiring blasting, but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed watered consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead, and lift etc., complete complying with standard specifications. ( Narrow foundation )

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of 1:5:10 ( one cement five M sand and Ten aggregate) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for ( FOUNDATION BASE COURSE)

Supplying and FILLING GRAVEL Supplying and filling in 'foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and filling M. sand for foundation and basement including cost and conveyance of materials to site and labour chargers complete as per standared specification

supplying and fixing rubber moulded paver block laying of size 83 mm thick for approved design computed mix mechnical compacter inculding cost and convyance of material to site and labour including proper alignment excluding cost of sand etc,complete as per standared specifications

Supplying and fixing 10mm dia PVC pipes for using water supply and electrical lines including cost and conveyance of materials to site and labour charges

Supplying and fixing 315 mm OD PVC Pipe 6Ksc inclding cost and conveyance of materials to site,earth work excavation,laying and jointing,proper grade and alignment and refilling the earth to pipe trenches etc complete as per standard specifications.
