Repair and Renovation of Non-Residential Building at PTI, Bayree for the year 2025-26

Dismantling and removing doors,windows and ventilators including removal of frame,hinges, fastening and stacking the same for re-use and removing the debris within 50m lead complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ,fitting , fixing of openable UPVC Door with door frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality etc complete. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. A

Supplying ,fitting , fixing of openable UPVC Windows with frame of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality etc complete. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentaling and removing 2.5cm thick Grading concrete from roof slab, cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debris within 50 mtrs lead complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

4cm thick grading concrete(1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm and down graded size C.B.H.G.Chips for old work ( Per Sqm)

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50 mtrs lead complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

12mm Cement Plaster (1:6) for Brick work including watering & curing with all charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting & fixing big six or trafford A.C.sheet or G.C.I. sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete but excluding cost of fittings including drilling holes in wind tiescomplete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials to site and all labour charges complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing weather paint of approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shade including cost of paint including all taxes etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
