Providing and fixing false ceiling of 12.5 mm thick decorative boards of fibrous plaster of Paris including frame work of galvanized iron for suspended false ceiling which includes galvanized iron perimeter channels of size 27 mm & 0.5 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm and another of 30 mm along with perimeter of the ceiling, fixing in brick wall / partition with the help of rawal plugs and screws, suspending galvanized iron intermediate channels of size 45 mm and 0.9 mm thick with two flanges of 15 mm each from the soffit at 1200 mm centers with steel galvanized iron hanger of width 25 mm x 0.5 mm fasteners, ceiling section of 0.5 mm thickness having curved wedge of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 450 mm centers, 12.5 mm dry walls screws at 230 mm centers; fixing screws mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment etc. including scaffolding if necessary for all architectural work like moldings', cornices, coves, domes, cups as per detailed drawings etc. complete As directed by Architect / Engineer in charge.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong OR equivalent Mineral Fiber Acoustical System with Fine Fissured (Bevelled Tegular) Edge, 15mm Exposed Grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%,NRC 0.6, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , with Recycled content of 31 %. The tile shall be Fixed on existing GI grid Work On wall /ceiling Complete et. As per Engineer In Charge/Architect

Providing & laying / fixing Glasswool of 32 Kg/m3 density, 50mm thk. Wrap in non woven 70gsm fabric. Owens Corning ,or twiga insul, or equivalent etc complete As directed by Architect

Providing and applying 2 coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved colour and shade to ceiling after thoroughly sand papering surfaces to remove dust, dirt etc. and repairing dents, cracks, holes with POP to achieve level surface and finishing with one coat of primer, putty and two coats of paint including cost of material, labour, etc. all complete as directed by the Architect / Engineer in charge. Rate applicable for all heights and levels, surfaces and textures. Engineer in charges' approval required after each coat. Tenderer to submit sample to the Engineer in charges for approval.

Providing and applying 2 coats of Royal Emulsion Paint of approved colour and shade to internal walls after thoroughly sand papering surfaces to remove dust, dirt etc. and repairing dents, cracks, holes with POP to achieve level surface and finishing with one coat of primer, putty and two coats of paint including cost of material, labour, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. Rate applicable for all heights and levels, surfaces and textures. Engineer in charges' approval required after each coat. Tenderer to submit sample to the Engineer in charges for approval.

Providing and applying 2 coats of primer on concrete/ masonary/ Asbestos Cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required. all complete as directed by the Architect / Engineer in charge. Rate applicable for all heights and levels, surfaces and textures. Engineer in charges' approval required after each coat. Tenderer to submit sample to the Engineer in charges for approval.

Stage wall paneling/auditorium side wall paneling - Providing & Fixing Ecophon panel - A- Akutex FT (or equivalent) 1200x600 board wall panel 40 mm thk with angural square edge, demountable panel with approved fabric wrapped around in concealed gripper system. Pannel manufactured from high density glass wool and recycled content of minimum 70% covered with glass tissue on one side the glass wool core of the tiles should be tasted and classified as non combustible according to PERN ISO 1182. The system should have sound absorption NRC value of 0.9 (according to EN ISO 11654) the tile should withstand a permenent ambient RH upto 95% at 30 degree C without sagging wraping or delamination (ISO 4611) Ecophon board screwed to G.I frame with screws @ 200 c/c Frame - G.I frame fabricated with sal wood spacers ai 610 c/c vertically & @ 1220mm c/c horizontally as per profile of paneling in dwg 50x37.5x0.5 floor & ceiling channels at top and bottom edges 50x37.5x0.5xc channels section at 1220 c/c vertically 80x26x0.5 ceiling section at 400 c/c horizontally complete as per manufacturesrs specifications including 50mm thk 32 kg/m3 density glasswool in between GI frame wrapped in nonwoven fabric (70gsm) etc complete all as per detailed drawing and instructions from archtiect. Rate applicable for all heights and levels, surfaces and textures.

Fabric Panels on Side Walls-Providing & Fixing in position, Acoustical Paneling made from 50mm acoustical fabric panels [on G. I. Frame of ceiling channels as per manufacturer's specifications, pervaded with 48 Kg /CUM glass wool 50 mm thick with first layer of nonwoven acoustically transparent fabric and second layer of acoustically transparent fabric of approved colour including cost of required Cut-Outs, as per Architectural & Acoustical Design & Instructions & Complete in all aspects as per details & directed by Architect / Engineer- In-Charge including loading and unloading charges, Rate applicable for all heights and levels, surfaces and textures.

Providing/fixing 4mm thk veneer wall paneling with hard wood frame of 50mmX50mm @610mm c/c both ways & stated directions as per drawing. Frame shall be covered with 12mm thk. BWP Grade ply with 4mm thk veneer, including all necessary Polishing & finishes as apporved by Architect. including 50mm thk 32 kg/m3 density glasswool in between frame wrapped in non woven fabric (70 gms). Anti-termite treatment to internal surface of frame & ply by aldrex, complete as directed by architect.
